A bright, relaxed family home in West Wittering village, a short walk from the famous sandy beach and the village pub. Suits an extended family group or 2 small families sharing. The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

Explore the charming market town and its local shops, both independent and high end retail, and restaurants a stroll away, or take a short drive to the coast for a day at the beach. The New Forest offers endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and exploration.

Property is seaside/beach theme, refurbishing and updating when no guests are booked, new king size bed, new sitting room and bedroom carpets. Stair basket for shoes at entrance. Located just a short walk to the Town Centre, Beach and Esplanade. Ventnor boasts many fine eating and dining places to suit everyone's needs. The Island offers many walks to enjoy and beautiful scenery is a great place to explore by foot, bike or car, with numerous places to visit for all ages.

A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.
