Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Wilmington

This is a beautiful condo and perfectly located for a beach vacation! The unit was comfortably furnished, and the bathroom and kitchen were thoughtfully stocked. Jeanette is an excellent host and clearly communicated throughout the process. I will definitely come back soon!

Audrey’s stay was the perfect location to explore downtown Wilmington! Having the parking garage right across the street was ideal for our rental car as well. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Wilmington in the future!

Perfect, old-school beach getaway! We loved parking ourselves on the “lifeguard stand built for two” and just watching: the waves, the wildlife, the surfers, the sky…soooo relaxing and just what we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the laid back vibe of the place and the hosts!

The apartment was quiet, spacious, and lovely. The bathroom was clean and we loved having a bathtub. It was so nice to have the Keurig and coffee pods. We loved the location. It was quiet and restful and just a short drive to beaches and restaurants.

Place was amazing and very walkable. Brandon was super accommodating, great experience!

Alex was a great host and we loved staying at his property. We were able to walk to several different places and even with how close the property is to downtown, it was still relatively quiet despite it being Memorial day weekend. The house was well stocked with food/supplies that we were allowed to use if we wanted to. Alex was also very generous and allowed us to check out pretty late since he didn’t have anyone staying the next day, which helped us maximize our stay. Would for sure book and stay with Alex again on my next visit to Wilmington.

This was the perfect place for us! There were 6 of us- 2 parents and 4 adult-ish children. It was exactly as described, plenty of room, easy quick walk to downtown, adorable street/location, the house was clean, easy to check in/out, host was proactively communicative. Overall it was just what we expected and needed for the weekend. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this cozy cottage! The home was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The two bedrooms were perfect for our group, and the beds were super comfortable. We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood—peaceful and safe, but still just a short drive to downtown Wilmington and the beach. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly throughout our stay. It felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was beautiful and clean in a quite neighborhood. It was well stocked with all the necessities. Sam was responsive and welcoming. The home is close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

Super awesome place! Location is the best part of this condo. Although it can get loud on the weekend nights, it is central to downtown and you can easily walk anywhere. This place is clean and cozy. We will be back!

The location and view is beautiful! Wilmington is such a charming, friendly and historic town. Dozens of delicious restaurants within walking distance.

The perfect place for my dog and myself! The location is ideal, steps from the beach, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and the Boardwalk, and a short drive to several parks. The condo was spotless and very comfortable. Sabine was a truly fantastic host and I would definitely recommend her and her property!!

Great place to stay! View is beautiful looking at the river while sipping coffee on the deck. Walked everywhere we wanted to go. The river boat, shops, restaurants and local pubs. We were close to Greenfield Amphitheater and then short trip back to the flats which is decorated so cute, very stylish and Anthropologie. Cam is super accommodating! I would stay again hopefully soon!

Cozy and super clean apartment overlooking the Cape Fear River. Great location walkable to ask the fin things to do downtown!

The condo was just and pictured and described. I appreciated the nice gas stove and well stocked kitchen since we cook all our meals instead of eating out. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the covered front porch watching all the activity on the main road. The beach was uncrowded and a very short walk away. Really appreciated the beach tent and chairs that were in the garage.

This nice apartment had everything I needed, including a good sized bath and closet. I was the mother of the groom for a wedding at The Atrium, and the location was perfect!
