Relaxed days in nature, away from stress and hustle and bustle. Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of rest and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or cycle from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar holiday region, but the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are also not far away.

Escape in the forest in a secluded blue gallery apartment

Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location at the edge of the nature reserve "Höllbachtal", between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. We provide peace, beautiful nature, warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. We also offer sauna and med for an additional cost. Massages. To ensure tranquility, we only take 2 guests per apartment.

Private accommodation in Regensburg's green area

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Welcome to our charming 2-room apartment at Kunsthof Stadlberg on the 2nd floor. A welcoming atmosphere under the sloping roof awaits you. Convenient kitchenette, dining table, comfy sofa. Separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower/toilet. Balcony is currently in need of repair, craftsman is hired. Available on request for a worry-free start of the day. Quietly located, it is fabulous for relaxation, but is also the perfect starting point for hiking, Nordic walking and mountain bike tours. A beautiful terrace with sunbathing lawn allows you to end your eventful day with a glass of wine in a romantic atmosphere.
