Vacation rentals with a patio in Whitfield

Denise’s place was great. Despite being next to an airport it was situated in a peaceful and quiet area, and I did not even hear any air traffic. The space itself was super cozy and such a cute theme. The decor in every room was vibrant & welcoming. Bathroom, beach closet, and kitchen were all well stocked. She even had mini coffee creamer and condiments, which other units I have stayed in did not. Furniture & bedding were comfortable. Washer & dryer was a big plus. Overall, a great place..Would stay again!

A cozy place for 2 people. The bed is very comfortable. My dog Barry enjoyed running around in the yard . Anna was quick to answer to any questions.

Our stay was seamless! The location of the apartment was in walking distance to all there is to do in Sarasota, and having parking included meant we could explore beyond Sarasota to the other local areas. The apartment was comfortable and everything was clean. When we go back we’d definitely stay here again!

We were so very pleased with our stay. The space was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything we needed to do. We will definitely stay here again if in the area and Yasmina was a joy to meet and stay with.

My husband and I went for a 2 day concert and this place was perfect for what we needed. quiet, we were able to sleep well. very clean. I would absolutely book again.

We were in Sarasota for a soccer tournament at IMG and we needed a place to stay for a week. We loved this home—it was very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, modern, and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home! Kelsey was very responsive and even added some personal touches just for our stay! I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if in the area.

This was a great place for all 9 of us to stay and celebrate our birthdays. We enjoyed the pool and the game room. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. It was great to have all the amenities, we were able to wash our close and we did a big barbeque one night and a big breakfast one morning. The only negative was the noise ordinance when there were planes flying over every 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this for a big family and would stay there again. We were 30 minutes to any beach and close to all stores necessary. We had a great time.

This place was exactly what our group needed for our stay at Sarasota. Everything was very clean with great detail and they left some snacks for us which was a great surprise. There was so much to do at the house and the hosts were always very responsive.

We had a wonderful time at Kara’s place! Kara was prompt and super helpful when we encountered a random beeping upon arrival and was soon fixed. The house was great and very comfortable but our favorite part was the lanai and pool! Everything was clean, spacious, and the pool was the perfect temperature for a daily dip! During our stay landscaping, pest control, and pool cleaners came! This showed us even more the effort they place in maintaining the home. It was a perfect way to celebrate my 40th! With just a short 15-20 min drive to the beach we went multiple times but mostly enjoyed our stay at the house, lounging in the lanai and swimming in the pool. We will definitely keep it in mind for future vacations!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with thoughtful extras like shampoo, spices, beach toys, and chairs, which made our vacation even easier. The heated pool, while a bit dated, worked well and kept us happy all week. The location was excellent — close to beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and overall was very nice. There were a few minor issues: the pool light was broken, one chair was too damaged to use, and we didn’t have a rulebook, which made understanding the trash schedule and checkout routine a little tricky. Still, none of these small things took away from our experience. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

Convenient location to the airport and beautiful interior!

Mike and Ana’s home is beautiful. They provide you with anything you need and the house is very well organized with everything you need. If you’re looking to visit Sarasota or Anna Maria Island; then you’re in the perfect location! Mike and Ana were always helpful and accommodating. They make sure you’re comfortable and respond in record timing. I’d recommend staying here every time!

It was a great location! Nice view outback. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub! The inside was spacious! We had a great time!

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

Nice little hideaway spot. Quiet clean and comfortable. The putting green is a nice touch.

Even better in person than the photos. Was blown away at theming. Great communication throughout. Very convenient location for event and awesome views.

Cyndi and Colin - Thank you so much for having us! We truly enjoyed the weekend to the fullest thanks to this wonderful condo. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and activities. Our favorites were Island Time (drinks), Daiquiri Deck (HH 3-7 Daily), Shore on LBK, and Drift Inn (drinks, cash only). Had an incredibly scenic dinner at Waterfront Beach House on the final night, about a 1 minute walk and you can enjoy a delicious dinner right on the beach! The condo had pretty much everything you could ever need for a beach trip, with Publix accessible nearby for anything additional we needed. Colin was so incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early and check out late. The condo was perfect size for us as a couple, and could certainly accommodate a couple small kids as well. We will absolutely be back in the area soon and will be booking with Colin and Cyndi again!

Scott’s place was very nice for a weekend. The location is perfect. The accès to the beach was fast. Scott’s place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures . Very responsive for any questions or help. Recommended

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!
