Home was very clean, and everything easy to find. We did have an issue with the newer refrigerator, but a mini fridge was delivered the next day and then a service man came the following day. Kate was quick to reply to messages. Loved having a garage to park our vehicles in. The pool is great and clean. The neighborhood is nice, but the location is farther than we wanted from the areas that we wanted to visit. We had never been to this area, so it was our fault for not knowing that the beaches we were after were quite a haul for us. Overall a nice, clean and well equipped home.

Starting from the kindness and cordiality of Carolina, she has quick attention to the guessed and the place is quiet, fast access, cozy, spacious, pleasant. you feel at home. I would definitely come back. Thank you Carolina.

This place was exactly what our group needed for our stay at Sarasota. Everything was very clean with great detail and they left some snacks for us which was a great surprise. There was so much to do at the house and the hosts were always very responsive.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The home was spotless, and just as pictured. It has every amenity you could need, especially when traveling with small children, which was such a huge convenience. We were happy to find that every bed was comfortable, always a plus and found Carolyn to be very kind, friendly and extremely responsive. We can’t wait to stay again!

It was a great location! Nice view outback. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub! The inside was spacious! We had a great time!

We had a great stay at the Bella Vacanza. Sara & Dave’s place was perfect for our family getaway. The home was comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed for our party of 10. I liked that the bedrooms are located on the 4 corners of the home, for privacy and easy to sleep in! We loved the large farm table where we could all eat dinner together and play games. We enjoyed the pool, covered lanai & firepit where we enjoyed making s’mores. Having a 3rd bathroom (which can be hard to find) was definitely a plus for our large group. We enjoyed beautiful walks down the street overlooking the bay. The home is super close to SRQ so just a short ride if you’re flying in and we enjoyed watching the planes overhead. They had a lot of extras available for use; baby gear & beach gear & everything you need to enjoy a day around the pool. Sara was always responsive and when an issue came up- she was quick to help. We would definitely recommend this lovely home and would come back.

This place is like a resort. Beautiful pool and property. Very clean and many special touches like hanging bars in each bedroom which worked great for the wedding dress and the bridesmaids’ dresses. Lots of seating, lots of room for many people. Airport is nearby, so it was fun watching planes come in close by and also listening to the planes taking off. One thing that bothered us was upon arrival in the late evening, we noticed all the back doors were unlocked. We were glad no one had broken in and did anything to the place before we got there. May sound a bit anxious on our part, but we aren’t from around the area. Other than that, the place was perfect, beds comfortable, really nice master bath, good laundry room, and nice kitchen with everything we needed.

Philips place was in astounding condition and exactly as described. Quiet Location and Peaceful after a long beach day. We enjoyed our stay and Philip’s timely response to any questions and accommodation. Will definitely be looking forward to future stays. Highly recommend booking!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

This location is halfway between coastal attractions (beach and downtown) and inland attractions (golf, Lakewood Ranch, I-75). It's also near 2-3 east-west roads in Sarasota. Excellent. Listing is realistic, not exaggerated. It's a well-equipped kitchen with a two-burner induction stove and a large enough fridge and freezer for nearly any purpose. Good counter space and many helpful supplies and "tools" Bedroom area is large, bathroom is huge, shower is enormous, access is ez. I've stayed in tiny units and i've had faux kitchens. This is neither and with a strong host nearby. I'm tiring of long-distance hosts and corporate hosts. As a host Mariele offers proximity, professionalism, and personality too. Within reason she's on the side of the guest. Recommended listing.

We (two people from Germany) stayed here for a week, not for the first time – great location: close to Siesta Key, Lido Beach, and downtown; beautiful accommodation – very lovingly and beautifully furnished, we felt like we were at a friend's house; we had everything we needed, even all the beach equipment; Dan and Charles are great hosts. We would like to come back.

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Anubuy’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Anubuy was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They made sure we felt right at home, and their attention to detail really stood out. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, perfect for sharing with my family. Its balcony overlooking the building’s pool was a huge plus... excellent location, just an 8min walk from restaurants and shops... 100% recommended

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

If you are looking for a place in Sarasota with everything you need closed to you like restaurants, dinner, food shopping etc at just minutes from siesta key then this is the place. Very clean and definitely what you see in pictures is what you getting. I stay here with m wife and two kids, we are very happy with pick this place, will definitely book again.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.

Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. The Wi-Fi works great. I didn't use the kitchen, but it's fully equipped. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much, Emily, for your kindness and prompt response 😊
