House vacation rentals in White Cliffs of Dover

This is the second time we have stayed at Corrina’s holiday home and once again we found it to be squeaky clean, very well equipped, peaceful and a great location. The garden is home to a family of foxes, who were so confident, that they sunbathed on the lawn whilst we were sitting on the veranda. Corrina made us aware of check in details in very good time and left a number just in case we needed assistance, which I’m happy to say we didn’t need. The surrounding area is so lush and green, this time of year, and there is always plenty of interesting things to do nearby. We will visit again next year, but hopefully for longer this time. Thank you.

What an amazing weekend we spent at Nick’s place! Thank you for hosting us and we would 100% recommend it to people and would love to come back when the opportunity presents itself! Lovely house in a beautiful location, what a gem - we were pleasantly surprised. Got lucky with the weather too, had the best time. Our daughter loved playing with the toys and learned how to swim in the pool. Thank you again!

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

We had a wonderful (albeit brief) stay at Jane’s beautiful home! The space was spotless, stylish, and so comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a real highlight, and we’re already looking forward to coming back and making the most of it next time. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons, but Jane was incredibly understanding and kind about our situation. She was a fantastic host throughout—thoughtful, responsive, and welcoming. A special thank you for the delicious-looking marmalade waiting for us on arrival! We can’t wait to enjoy it at breakfast. Highly recommend Jane’s place for anyone looking for a peaceful and lovely escape. We hope to return soon!

The place was clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there and we had complimentary small bottle of milk. Would definitely go back. We went to Canterbury through the bus at the entrance of the camp. Great weekend away

Trinity Cottage is such a lovely place to stay! The amenities are luxurious from the bed linen to the sofas to the jacuzzi bath. The pool is fantastic and a lovely area to be around and the wild meadow was loved by our kids and dog. They enjoyed running round it so much! For a young family with a dog it was such an idyllic, quiet and private stay and a great base to visit some of the sites across Kent!

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

The house is certainly a wonderful home. Very relaxing and simply superb location Every thing had been carefully considered. A fabulous place to share with friends or family. Swimming via the back garden is simply perfect Easy walking distance on the promenade to Hythe and Folkestone.

such a lovely little cottage, it was absolutely perfect for us, we were staying for my wife's graduation, and it was a short walk away. Simon and Philippa were extremely friendly and very helpful, amazing hosts. we definitely hope to return again to stay in the near future 😁

We had a wonderful stay at Lorna's house. The views were fantastic, and the home was well-equipped, making it perfect for our family getaway. The welcome basket was a thoughtful touch! Lorna was a very helpful and responsive host, and the location between Herne Bay and Whitstable was ideal. We'd happily return and highly recommend this lovely seaside retreat.

The House was perfect for a relaxing weekend of family time. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all the equipment we needed for a large family that enjoys cooking, eating, and drinking well. We felt right at home and had a very special, relaxing and fun few days.

This place was so beautiful and Stef was an amazing host. It was so well equipped with everything you could need, beds were comfortable, shower hot and powerful, plus lots of extra touches which made the stay special. Stef kindly allowed us an early check in too which was lovely and really helpful as we had lots of people arriving separately. The location was perfect, right on the stunning beach! And close enough to other sea side towns. I think this place is a gem for the price - the views alone and attention to detail on the interiors are to die for. Thanks Stef, we’ll definitely consider booking again for our next girls trip.

I highly recommend this lovely property. It is very convenient for pubs and restaurants and all that Rye has to offer. We made use of the little area with table and chairs at the back of the property to drink a cup of tea and there is a lovely place just next door which did an excellent afternoon tea. I loved the bath in the bedroom- such a treat!

This is a lovely place to stay - very clean and tastefully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen and gorgeous garden. We'd love to stay again!

Superb location overlooking the sea and with many and varied eating places in the vicinity. Lovely to have two lounges overlooking the sea and a large farmhouse table in the well resourced kitchen. Some superb historic and cultural places to visit nearby including: Margate (40 mins by train) to see Turners’ Contemporary Art Museum and also Tracey Emin’s Art Studios; Canterbury Cathedral (40 mins by bus) to see the historic and spectacular first cathedral in Engkand and St Augustine’s Abbey in such a beautiful city; Dover (20 mins s by car) to see the Historic Castle, Tunnels and White Cliffs; Ramsgate (bus/car 15 min drive) to see a classic Victorian Seaside with an unusual Wetherspoons built into the Pavillion; Broadstairs (10 mins drive further) to see Charles Dickens houses which inspired him to write - including Bleak House; Deal itself with its Saturday afternoon outdoor market and a 15 minute walk to the very significant Walker Castle. An amazing week with plenty of varied sigh

Our trip was perfect. The accommodation is spotless, well looked after and really modern. It has absolutely everything you need and all the small details have been thought of. It is in a beautiful and quiet location and the hot tub was lovely. Communication with the host was perfect - instructions were super clear and included helpful videos. We were even offered late check out which was so appreciated. Would absolutely recommend and we’d love to come back.

Stephen was there to hand us the keys and gave us a quick tour of the house. A lovely little house with everything needed for a break and three minutes walk from the town centre. We'd definitely stay again. Try the Crispin Inn pub if you stay - most superb!

Beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds. Good for the dog, enclosed back garden. Parking on the street outside the house was easy. Close to Mermaid pub and Tadpole cafe/farmshop and bakery. Everything you need for a holiday in East Kent

Loved this charming, very clean and light filled home with a small and very pretty outdoor space. Well located, just a few minutes walk to the beach or to the high st with its lovely array of cafes, pubs and interesting boutiques. Katie was terrific and made check in very easy for us. Highly recommend.

Anna and Wendy's place is convenient for walking into town, and for Sunny Sands Beach, although the road is blocked at the top. Once you discover an alleyway over the road that saves you a bit of time. The bed was super large and comfortable and so we didn't have to break into the second double room. The telly was decent and the sofa very comfortable too. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. We had lots of space for the two of us. Anna/Wendy also provided an extra sheet for me under the duvet which was appreciated.

A lovely charming house, extremely well thought for a rental, premium service in all bedrooms. The four bedrooms allow to have 2 families comfortably installed. Would definitely recommend
