We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the cabin we also enjoyed the waterfalls at surrounding trails we went for our one year anniversary and they put us up a happy anniversary sign not wife adored it we will definitely be looking forward to to going back again thanks so much for the amazing weekend

Fantastic place to stay with great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks and fire pit. This cabin is a lovely private getaway. Koren was proactive and communicative throughout the whole process. We would 100% stay here again.

This felt like lake life meets luxury glamping. We were so impressed when we walked in the door, from the decor to the details. It was a beautiful space to relax and disconnect from the busy of everyday life. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! It’s so quiet and peaceful. The place was very clean and had all the kitchen things we needed to prepare meals. The shared dock area was wonderful! We enjoyed fishing and the views are amazing! Also love the sweet neighbor dogs that came over to visit us while we fished. The cabin is about 30 minutes from restaurants so be prepared to drive or bring food to cook. The quiet setting was worth it to us to have to drive to restaurants. Also note that the exterior of the cabin has been painted since the photos on the listing were taken. I had to look up photos to be sure we were at the right place when we first arrived. I highly recommend this place and will keep it on my list for future trips as well.

Deannà was such a great host! She gave us a small gift for us being there on the night of our wedding and allowed us to keep our car under her car port during a bad storm while we were there. She even offered to let us seek shelter in their basement if needed. She was super responsive and everything was beautiful. Wonderful location and view and wonderful little house! Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back someday!

This was exactly what we were looking for-a clean, comfortable place with a beautiful view and mountain feel on our way to Savannah to visit family. The weather was perfect for one of the days, and the other day it was rainy and foggy, but we spent that day going to Ruby Falls. It cleared up in the afternoon. We spent evenings around the fire pit in which wood was provided and we brought our own outdoor chairs that were more comfortable than the benches provided. We also grilled out using the grill on the property, and there were plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. Everything was just as pictured. All in all, a wonderful getaway. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Fred, our host.

Great place to stay! This was my first experience with an Air BNB and it has spoiled me. Beautiful house, very well maintained. Very peaceful. Instructions were well laid out in messages and printed out and placed in the house. There were suggestions of things to do in the area and also places to eat. Host was very prompt in responding to any questions and was very friendly. Definitely will stay here again!

It was a beautiful little cabin within a short driving distance of a variety of places to eat and things to do. The back deck was a bonus to see deer walking passed. The lake was gorgeous and enormous. We didn't have a bad meal anywhere. We hiked to several waterfalls including the breath taking Stephens Gap. At the end of the day we came back to a cozy, quiet little cabin that everything we needed for a most relaxing week. The details Diane and Gene put into their place are very thoughtful and they are very responsive. Could not have asked for a better place and time to relax.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy lakeside retreat on Smith Lake! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning—sunrises and sunsets from the deck were a daily highlight. We loved having direct access to the water for swimming and kayaking, and the quiet, peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing escape. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. Whether you’re looking to unwind with nature or enjoy some time on the water, this place is a perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

It was a beautiful cabin that was conveniently located to three lakes that we fished. Everything we needed was located inside the cabin and we had complete privacy outside.M there was also an overhang to completely park and cover my boat I would stay there again

It was perfect accommodation for my out of town guests and introduction to my hometown. They didn’t want to leave.

it was just what we needed to disconnect from the world and be in the middle of nature. its so close to all the waterfalls and hiking trails as well as mentone. the dogs loved exploring the property. our kids were so excited to be in a "treehouse". we loved it!

Our stay was very comfortable and I had a wonderful sleep after a long drive, the cathedral caverns did not disappoint!!

Wes was very responsive! He answered any questions I had quickly. He was accommodating to our requests. All information (check in and out, etc) was clear and sent in plenty of time. The whole set up for this cabin was amazing!! You feel secluded, but are minutes from the grocery and restaurants. The kids loved fishing in the pond and playing in the pool. Bluegill were easy to catch on a worm. The bass proved to be more challenging, but we still caught a few. Sitting on the back deck was so relaxing. We’ll definitely be back!

There were four adults and two children in our group. The kids loved swimming in the lake. There was plenty of room in the house for all of us. It was also interesting to learn the history of the cabin. It was a beautiful area on the lake that was so peaceful.

Absolutely incredible view! Place was exactly as described and more. I could sit on the front porch for days! Awesome three car garage for vehicle and boat! Bed was very comfortable and the place was big enough to spread out. So peaceful and private. 10 out of 10 stars!

Full of R&R, we enjoyed the space both indoors and out. There were plenty of places to rest. We enjoyed the dock while cooking on the grill. The back porch was so rewarding. My family and I did not want to leave. It felt like home.
