We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful stay, there was plenty to do for all ages. Very relaxing having swims and using the hot tub. Then preparing our meals in the well equipped kitchen. We ended each night with stories around the fire pit. Well worth a visit and would definitely love to visit again.

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

A great place to stay for families and groups. Super quick responses, loads of info provided in advance and useful links to places in the area. Lovely house and so much to offer for the young and old - our group ranged from 5 years old to retirees and we all had a fab time. Everything was lovely and clean and well maintained. We stayed here for a family holiday, 4 adults and 6 children aged 11-15 and we all had a lovely time. There is lots to do at Mistletoe Farm; the pool and hot tub were great, the games room/ garden kitchen area was perfect for us to all get together to eat, play darts or do karaoke and the escape room was a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks to the local pub for dinner and also to the reservoir. Lyme Regis was close enough for a day out too. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped and the teenagers enjoyed having a glamping pod to themselves for a bit of independence. Paul and Sandra were excellent hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they leave you to enjoy your holiday but somehow always manage to be there when you need them! Highly recommend.

We stayed here in early June and loved the place. We were slightly perturbed that the sea view overlooked the Oasis Shop/Cafe small car park but in fact this was not noisy nor did it spoil the view. It is literally a 20 yard walk to the steep pebbled beach (some sand at low tide) and half an hour's walk to Weymouth pier along the promenade. There is also a frequent bus service. The accommodation is immaculate, having the living area upstairs. Everything we needed was provided - even an electric toothbrush charger in the bathroom. We spent many an hour on the balcony with drinks watching the swimmers, surfers, sailors and spotting the commercial/navy ships which often anchored in the bay. We had many a happy days out in the Weymouth area and were able to leave the car parked outside all the ten days as we used the bus services. We hope to return in the near future.

We had a lovely stay at 2 Castle in Dorset. The property was full of charm, with a perfect blend of character and comfort. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the extra bed Peter put in for our little one. The location was fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to explore the beautiful Dorset countryside and coast. Communication with Peter was smooth and responsive throughout, and check-in was easy. There was a little play area right opposite to the house and my little one enjoyed playing there. Overall, a wonderful spot for a relaxing getaway. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I had a great stay here. The house was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. It was a very short walk from the train station, and really close to the beach.

Our girls birthday weekend stay was fabulous! From the time I booked the house, check in till checkout all questions answered with quick responses from Patrick / Alison thank you 😊 we had an amazing time ! Excellent location opposite the beach and promenade walks every morning. 👍 the beach is clean, water is clear and swimming was enjoyable. Seaside activities a walk away with cafes and restaurants. Beach house is home from home with all your home comforts and so much more, also spacious loved the 2 kitchens and en-suites to all rooms 👍 very clean and tidy we had an amazing time and are looking for another occasion to go back ! Beautiful property in an excellent location. Would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting weymouth! The house is immaculate, probably the cleanest air bnbs I've ever stayed in! The view from the living room is stunning, looks directly out into the harbour, you can just sit there and watch the world go by. It was really easy to get around, all the bars and restaurants in walking distance. Parking is also 5 min walk down the road. We came with a 9 month old and the host was able to accomodate us with a cot and highchair which was really helpful. Generally, the house is very well equipped and has beautiful kitchenware if you plan on having an evening in. Overall a great stay and a lovely host who was super responsive.

Superbly renovated house in the heart of Weymouth just a short walk from all the main sights. The house had everything needed for a weekend stay (or longer!) and Sarah was very friendly, professional and great comms; highly recommend!

I was actually disappointed when I first arrived. I had booked a "stunning harbourside cottage" only to discover this cottage is not by the harbour. However, the stunning part is accurate. It is a really lovely property that has been lovingly made into a home-from-home. Once you get over not being by the harbour, it is in a good location that is accessible to all Weymouth has to offer. We had a fabulous stay and would absolutely go back. Tim is a delightful and dedicated host.

We absolutely loved this place. The home was clean and very up to date and very well done! The kitchen had everything we needed. The views were phenomenal and the fact it was so private was epic. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in this area. 5 stars are not enough.

Jackie's cottage is a home from home spotlessly clean, comfortable and fully equipped with the added bonus of off street parking. The location is peaceful, a short walk to the harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. As a host Jackie was very attentive with excellent communication. It is easy to see why she is a super host. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be returning. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at Joanne's. The house was cozy and had all the appliances we could need for a few days and in very good condition. All little details had been carefully thougt of, including a welcome hamper. The shower had very good pressure and the terrace was very enjoyable in the sunny mornings. Parking can be tricky to find at times but despite that we had a very pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Weymouth. The house was just as we expected, it was in a quiet street and was a good walk to the beach. I'd definitely recommend it to friends if they were wanting to stay in Weymouth. Thank you Rachel

Celia’s place is truly perfect! The cottage is decorated to perfection and we felt right at home as soon as walking in the door. It has everything you need and a perfect location to explore the local beaches and towns. Celia was super helpful and we loved the tips and personal favourites within the local area. If you get the opportunity to stay at Cats holiday home, you are certainly in for a wonderful, relaxing time. The stunning home is full of space and completely spotless. So many amenities that Cat has supplied -from Super comfy beds, to soft towels and all the kitchen utensils/appliances needed. It was luxury staying on this most peaceful farm with just the wonderful cows who you get to see too. Our two young boys had the best holiday and we are so grateful to Cat, who was nothing but brilliant and helpful. Thank you so much and we would love to stay again ☺️

Thanks so much to Barney and Imogen for an amazing stay. Their cottage is light and spacious and beautifully furnished with all of the comforts and luxuries of home. We loved all the thoughtful touches such as a shopping cart for trips to the local supermarket, phone chargers in every room, TV platforms already set up and lots of interesting books and board games. And we were pleasantly surprised by the outside space which, although quite small, was a lovely, quiet, sunny spot for morning coffee.

Absolutely beautiful house. We felt instantly at home and could have stayed a lot longer. Well equipped house and beautiful gardens!

This is our second time at Alison's and once again the house was lovely I had forgotten about the wonderful aroma of honeysuckle that greets you in the back yard, we found that in addition to the nice walk along Roswell old tram line, there is perhaps a slightly quicker way down the hill from the end of the road that leads into Weymouth Town centre, this place has everything that anyone could ever want, there is a beach close by and bus stops close by.Alison has been excellent once again.
