I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

A bright living area includes a cozy sofa and a dining table set for four. The kitchen is visible, featuring modern appliances. Large glass doors lead to a balcony, enhancing the space with natural light. Soft rugs and decorative elements add warmth to the atmosphere.

All was very good. The apartment was very convenient for a couple. There was everything we needed and more. The main road in front of the apartment is somewhat noisy due to car traffic. It would be better if there were an elevator in the building.

They are a very friendly couple, attentive and warm in their treatment. It's not uncomfortable at all to stay and chat with them. You can make your life free and manage your schedules as you wish. We coordinate schedules for using the shower without any problem. I would love to stay in the peaceful room again, where I can listen to the birds and the silence with great pleasure!

The reception by Toni and later the greeting by Angelika was very, very warm. It was a feeling of coming home. The two convey a lifestyle of mindfulness and cordiality that make the stay in their Airbnb something special. The apartment is beautifully bright and cozy, very tastefully decorated with the paintings of the landlady. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, I slept very well. A cool water to welcome us was really great after the long drive🌞😊! The location, the garden and the house are just beautiful. I'd love to come back. Kind regards, Anita

Very lovely gem. We only stayed one night but felt right at home. The house stands out as a family home complete with pictures. It had all amenities and more. It is definitely not modern but that gave it its own charm.. Heinz and Lydia were very friendly and everything was great. They also prepared breakfast for us, asking ahead of time what we wanted (with a paper to fill out). I recommend it wholeheartedly.
