The main bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite toilet & wash basin. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet & washbasin. The large lounge has a cosy Woodburner, smart tv & king size sofa bed. The kitchen has all you would expect.

Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor, and the beaches along the south coast. Plenty of off-road parking. Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.
