This wonderful modern apartment is situated on the union canal and right next to Linlithgow golf course. Less than 15 minute walk to both Linlithgow Palace and train station via a stunning canal stroll. Public swimming pool only 5 minute walk away. Golf course 2 minutes away. There is an open plan living space with a sitting area and double sofa bed, Smart TV, kitchen and dining table for four. There is a separate double bedroom and bathroom with full modern bath and shower area. Parking is on a private driveway with ample space for multiple cars. Great central base.

Enjoy a stay at Crosswoodhill Farm Holiday Cottages. A 35 minute lovely scenic drive takes you into the heart of Edinburgh. Surrounded by fields of grazing sheep and cattle, this self-contained accommodation, known as the Wing, is in the middle part of this 18th century farmhouse. With its own long stretch of garden, inside it oozes atmosphere with its original pine panelling, doors and shutters. Helpful owner, "G" lives at the front of the house, very happy to help or advise on away days.

Welcome to our well loved and lived in home. Here you will be comfortable and cozy, a great family space, having everything you need for a lovely holiday/get away! Superb base for exploring Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling with only 2 min walk to the train station. Also good place to start to visit other more local must visits like the Falkirk wheel and Helix Park with the Kelpies. Off street parking, own entrance and exciting garden space! Great for families!!
