We had a wonderful stay with Karen and Nick. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and described on Airbnb. They were incredibly friendly and empathetic hosts. We slept like we were in the clouds – the bed was soft and cosy. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with fresh towels provided every other day. Our room was cleaned regularly, with fresh water, coffee, and milk replenished daily. We can wholeheartedly recommend Karen and Nick’s accommodation to anyone. Hope to see you again soon!

Jay was a great Host it was a breeze to check and the Room and Bathroom were spotless. Working local so 100% would return. Thanks for sorting the parking as well !

I have been returning to Mary Ann and Dai's house for years and for me it is like being at home. Every year I find an improvement and the apartment is always well-kept and a gem of a vintage London house. You can breathe the real London! I'll be back again.

Josephine and Richard are truly wonderful hosts. They respected my privacy while also being incredibly helpful with my tour planning. I felt completely relaxed—almost as if I were their daughter. Meeting such amazing hosts was one of the highlights of my trip to London. When I return to London, I’m sure I’ll stay with Josephine again!

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

A lovely recently refurbished house in the heart of Fulham. A lot of thought went into the design and decoration and the space is very pleasant to live in, with a big open plan living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor and a charming bedroom with a comfortable bed on the top floor. It is also very quiet and peaceful, a welcome haven after sightseeing in central London. It is easily accessible via public transport, check in and check out are seamless thanks to the key box and Anna is easy to reach should any problem arise. We would love to come back!

Inge was such a warm and friendly host—I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and comfortable, and I had a really relaxing and pleasant stay. There are lovely cafés and pubs just a short walk away along the Thames, perfect for a little stroll. It’s about a 7–8 minute walk to the nearest station, which made getting around really convenient. The house is located along a main road, so you can hear some traffic noise if the window is open—but it’s quiet and peaceful when the window is closed. I’d love to stay here again if I get the chance!

Reggie is by far one of the most attentive, helpful, and kind hosts I’ve ever encountered. His exceptional hospitality truly exceeded my expectations and made my stay unforgettable. I was genuinely surprised—in the best way—by how thoughtful and accommodating he was. Thank you so much, Reggie!

The apartment was like a 5 star hotel clean with great linens and bed and lovely kitchen , bathroom And decor. The neighborhood was quiet and safe . We could easily access the touristy parts of London but enjoyed the quiet residential area . The pubs along the street and by the river-a short walk were wonderful ! Sandy is a very helpful host

So I stayed at this property for 7 nights. Very prime and posh location. Very well connected to all the tourist hubs as well. Things of daily needs such as gym, grocery etc everything available at the street downstairs. Felt very safe to be there. The apartment was absolutely squeaky clean. Fully loaded kitchen and bathroom. 100 percent recommended for short and long stays be it family, couples or solo. Will definitely come back when in London next time.

I loved staying here! The apartment was airy and clean and cozy and had everything we needed. I particularly enjoyed the sitting room - I loved drinking my coffee there in the morning and curling up with a book on the sofa at the end of the day. We were very comfortable and felt like we had a home to return to each day. The bed was super comfortable and we both slept great. The neighborhood is fantastic; tons of excellent food and drink options and interesting businesses. The closest tube station (Kensington High Street) is a short lovely walk away and a great connector to the rest of the city, and if it’s raining or you don’t feel up for the walk there’s a bus stop literally steps outside the front door. We were even able to do a load of laundry (and dry it on a drying rack overnight) which saved space in our suitcases. Overall I highly recommend this spot! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Really helpful having the W/D combo and kitchen for breakfasts! Beautiful, quiet place and close to two tube stops, one of which you can take from Heathrow Airport. Loved the fancy techy things like the portable thermostat and bathroom mirror bluetooth.

Dario’s flat is beautifully furnished , in a good minimal way ,not cluttered, but lots of character and charm. The kitchen is easy and efficient to use, and it is a good shower,and bathroom. It feels very spacious and calm. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The flat is in a great location, just behind Stamford Bridge in the heart of Chelsea. The building is new and really pleasant. The flat was also top-notch, clean and fully equipped. Definitely a great week and a property I'll be on the lookout for next time I'm in town !

I stayed here on a vacation trip to London. Yaa could not have been more friendly. She always responded immediately to any questions prior to my arrival. She even reached out to ask what type of water, milk, and wine I preferred so she could ensure things were available prior to my arrival. The place was very nice. Clean, well designed, and quiet. Very walkable to the Underground. Note, the description is accurate when it says it is on an upper floor. And when you overpack like I do, you may have trouble getting up the stairs. (Completely my fault for packing too much, and it was clearly noted in the description.) If I am ever in London again, I would happily stay here again!

First, for some credibility: I have been to Europe almost 250 times, staying in a wide range of accommodations, from five-star hotels to youth hostels. So I pretty much know a good place to stay when I see it. And Ramin‘s place was absolutely sensational. A big flat, a great neighborhood, spotlessly clean, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, and great pubs. I work in London two or three times a year, and I’m always looking for a great place to stay. This was it! Ramin is a sensational host. I could not recommend the place more!

If I could rate this place any higher I would. Katya is very responsive, her place felt so homely and was furnished well with great amenities. Perfect location, close to the district line and underground tube. Cute little cafes and restaurants in Fulham and also a 24/7 gym 10 minutes walk. The bed was soooo comfy and linen was also quality. Will definitely be staying here next time I visit.

Bottom Line Up Front: The location is fabulous. Earls Court is, of course, convenient to both branches of the District Line and to the Piccadilly line, which give you access to most of London. Flying into Heathrow? Just hop on the tube there and you carried quickly to Earls Court. We have done that multiple times. What sets this apart from other Earls Court flats is the specific location, backing straight onto the gorgeous Philbeach Gardens. Step out the back door and you are in a private park for residents only. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, and at night dark and quiet. Hot water is hot and plentiful. The hosts responded quickly to concerns. We will be back.
