Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

It is the perfect base to experience the beautiful nature around the Castles as well as the Old town of Füssen, in particular if you like to do everything by foot or bike. The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech. It is 43 sqm, the living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink.
