In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m.
