Quiet setting in Wembury village with rural views and sea glimpses from the property. 5-10 mins walk to the beach and Southwest Coastpath and many other rural walks nearby. Beach has a cafe and loos, and is popular for surfing, kayaking and other water sports. The annexe has six steps up to a small area of decking to the front, and access to a large patio and garden to the rear; free street parking. The village has a pub and shop and a bus service to/from Plymouth just outside the property.

Cannot accept Sunday arrivals unless house is empty the day before

The Lookout- a perfect place to escape

The Lookout is a self contained annex located in Wembury, Devon, [ an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty] on the South West Coast path. The accommodation consists of two rooms [one upstairs and one downstairs] and a lovely downstairs shower room. The upstairs room boasts a stunning sea view , views of the countryside and the iconic landmark, the Mew Stone. There is a separate garden area for guests to use. The Lookout kitchen area has a fridge, microwave, electric hobs and an air fryer.

Visit peaceful and relaxing Wembury. Loads to do from the doorstep: visit the beach (15min walk or 3 min drive), access to the coastal footpath in both directions, stop in at the local pub or visit the other 2 within the parish. Lots of other beautiful beaches a short drive away and the city of Plymouth is 20 mins away in the car. Please note we have a friendly family cat who lives at the property, she is completely independent and will pop in and out but needs feeding once per day.

The Garden Studio is situatied in the grounds of the Tithe Barn which dates from 1706. It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.
