A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan. Non smoking/clean air property.

This is in the owners home , upstairs bedrooms and bathroom so there is nothing but bottled water and chips as far as I could tell . You can use her refrigerator but nothing was said about coffee so it didn’t appear that she had that on offer. But we did not specifically ask her about coffee. It’s very clean and we felt safe and comfortable.

A modern bathroom features a shower area with a light-colored curtain adorned with a subtle pattern. A fluffy bath mat complements the space, while a white towel hangs neatly on a rack. Natural light filters in through a window with simple blinds.

Chancey’s home was perfect for our stay! The house was spotless, beds and furniture were comfy and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Located in a nice and quiet area as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was spotless and felt so inviting, making it the perfect place! Teresa was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring everything was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciated her attentiveness. This place is a hidden gem, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay. :)

Wonderful, perfect little stop along the way. This will be my new stop as I traverse back and forth across the country. Super clean, cozy, with a stunning view.

Rebecca’s cottage is indeed a tiny house, but it had everything I needed for a three day quilting retreat including space to set up my sewing machine. Although there is sleeping accommodation in the loft, I didn’t use that because of the ladder used to access. The daybed on the main floor was very comfortable for sleeping. The cottage is set back from a county highway. During the day there was a fair amount of traffic, but very quiet at night. Kingston is a very small community with few amenities that I could see other than a coffee shop. Nearby Polo had a grocery and at least one restaurant. A bit farther, but easily reached, Hamilton has several restaurants plus many quilt shops. I highly recommend the Quilter’s Retreat and would stay there again.
