I booked Ursula place last minute and was impressed with the experience. The space was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and exactly as described -perfect for what I needed. Despite the late booking, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made everything seamless. it felt comfortable, welcoming, and genuinely like a home away from home. I'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable place to stay.

I had a great stay with Phyllida. She was communicative and made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed — including some tasty breakfast for the morning which was much appreciated. Close to St Albans train station and a short walk into town. I’d recommend for anyone looking for a home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s! As a family with a baby and a young child, it was perfect, peaceful and well equipped for our stay. We particularly loved having breakfast provided there in the mornings, and the view was fantastic! It is a short walk to Marlow city centre and we would definitely stay here again!

We had stayed here before, two years. Ago. The place is just as good, even better with some upgrading, notably aircon (doubles as heater when cold) which was fantastic given the hot & sunny weather this year. Had a great meal at the Magpie, overlooking the river.

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

Lovely studio apartment. Very well equipped and the addition of provisions on arrival was very much appreciated. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained. James was a great host - welcoming and responsive. And even picked us up from the station as it was such a hot day. We hope to return at some point and would definitely recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, met with friends, easy for taxi drivers to find their way. Enjoyed the walks around the area, Newhall feels you are living in the countryside with all the greenery surrounding the area. Very pleasant area.

We cannot say enough about Davey and his charming home! Davey welcomed us and was so accommodating to our needs as we arrived early in town. He was friendly and welcoming and his home was absolutely lovely, and was so nice to come back to after a busy day in London. We fell in love with Greenwich and loved what an easy walk it was into town from Davey’s home. We unfortunately left our prescription glasses and Davey was so kind, he mailed them back to our home in the states, with a little help from Sydney, his adorable pup. We can’t thank him enough and hope to come back to visit again.

Deborah made me feel welcome from the moment I was in contact with her. She ensured that I arrived well and she always provided help and suggestions during my stay. The apartment is nice, the room was spacious for London standards and Deborah always welcomed me in her kitchen or the lounge. Very much enjoyed my time at her place.

Elizabeth is a very thoughtful host. She responded promptly to my queries giving useful information. She was very welcoming and the room was comfortable and well equipped.

I loved staying with Anamaria and her family. Their house is located in a really peaceful area that is easily accessible from central London via bus or train. While Anamaria was not home when I arrived, checking in was easy thanks to the clear instructions I received (and I was greeted with enthusiasm by their cute dog and cat). The room was decorated nicely and smelled awesome. I also loved that I had my own bathroom. Communication was also perfect! 100% recommended.

I recently had a nice stay at The Garden Room. Things were exactly as described, and Avril had provided a lovely basket of goodies. Everything was very clean and nicely presented. The beautiful four poster bed was really comfortable. I was travelling with my dog and was able to take her into their pretty garden.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jane's property. The directions for locating the house were exceptionally clear and easy to follow. Jane's residence is truly remarkable—the interior is beautifully decorated with an impressive collection of art and handcrafted objects. The wifi-connection in the room is reliable and strong enough for videoconferences back to home. Check-in and check-out process has been very efficient. The neighbourhood is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, with a convenient corner shop and café located within a two-minute walk. I would highly recommend arranging a home-cooked meal with Jane if the opportunity arises—it was an absolute delight and represents exceptional value. I would advise arriving with a strong appetite, as the excellent menu is quite generous and you would not want to miss any course. The studio flat is really cosy and well appointed. I was traveling on my own and didn't feel unsafe when walking to the Willesden Junction tube station. It's a 15/20 mins walk depending on how fast you can walk. The location is within easy reach of Richmond and Kew Gardens, which are lovely places to visit. I had a friendly chat with Despina before leaving. I wish I could have stayed a few more longer.
