Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Waterloo

This was a great spot! I drove up from NS and got in very late and the host was super accommodating and I was able to find the place and get in with clear instructions after midnight in the dark! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. My daughter and new grandson came for a sleepover and after letting the host know and offering to pay for an extra person, she was super sweet and told me to enjoy my visit with my new grandson, no extra charge! It’s a very central location in Kitchener if you know the area and is a quick drive to the highway.

Very responsive host. A little more expensive than some other places but being on the floor we were we had great views.

Had a great stay. Host was very helpful and very friendly. The Airbnb was very nice and clean and looks just like the pictures. They quickly responded to any questions I had. I would recommend staying here and I will be booking another stay in the future!

I spent a week here with my dog and it was one of the most beautiful clean places I’ve ever stayed. Patrick was very nice and friendly and responded very quickly every time I messaged. He also wished me a happy birthday without me even saying it was my birthday, so that was also very kind. I could go on about how wonderful my stay was but the last thing I’ll add is that the instructions on where to go and how to get inside were very thorough and helpful. Will definitely book again if I am in the area!

Janet’s place was perfect and exactly like the photos. Very cozy and homey feel. It is a basement suite and it was nice that she had a space heater and fireplace to keep us warm. She even had a basket of snacks for us when we arrived which the kids loved. This was very helpful as we arrived on our flight at almost 1am and needed a little snack. We highly recommend Janet’s place to anyone wanting a nice private place near the airport and a peaceful place to rest. Thank you Janet!

A great deal with friendly hosts and very smooth check-in process. The interior is well-decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped. Worth for a visit and thank you very much for the nice place.

Cindy was a wonderful host! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. She even left some delicious chocolate as a welcome treat, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I also really enjoyed the walk near Victoria Park—such a beautiful area to explore. Communication was smooth, and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Spacious living room and everything was clean and well-maintained. There’s even a small den, which, although a bit tight and missing a power outlet, was a quiet space where I could focus on work. Overall, very convenient and comfortable. Just a minor issue: I felt a bit itchy after sleeping — not sure what caused it.

This house was perfect for our large group of 4 couples. We all felt like we had lots of space and were very comfortable. Everything was clean and the area felt safe and peaceful.

Thalia and Jesus made our stay very enjoyable not just for the two of us, but also our pup. Their space is very dog, friendly, including an outdoor fenced in area. They provided any extra pet necessities for dogs staying there. We came with our own gear, but our dog even enjoyed their dog bed at times!

A stay at Nouras is best described as a home away from home. Nouras has carefully decorated and prepared a beautiful private home for any individual, couple or small family of 3. it is truly a lovely environment with privacy and lots to enjoy.

This was the second time we stayed at this sweet house and we will look to rent it again the next time we are in town. It’s easy to get to; short drive to the university and to downtown; peaceful and relaxing and well-appointed. Highly recommend!

Sia's place is ideal for couples or small groups. It has a well equipped kitchen and two good size double bedrooms and it is well located for local transport options. The property is well maintained and Sia is a considerate and responsive host. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house for a family trip! The house is fully renovated and has plenty of space for larger groups. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

Gorgeous contemporary home with super comfy beds, great bathrooms and amazing kitchen. Highlight was the automatic coffee/espresso machine that makes amazing specialty coffee drinks (there is a drip maker for ordinary coffee) and 2 fresh bags of coffee for our use. Loved the livingroom sofa for TV watching, parking was super easy, very walkable neighborhood and grocery/restaurants within just a few minutes walk or drive. Google does send you down the street and does not seem to know exactly where the house is, and digital keypad was a little tricky (press the checkmark key BEFORE putting in the code), but Steve was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

I could not have asked for a better stay in Kitchener! The apartment was comfortable and had everything you need for a pleasant stay and the view is amazin. Super well located, just minutes from uptown Waterloo or downtown Kitchener and at walking distance from the train station. Nicole was also very responsive and helpful! Overall, one of the best airbnb stays I've had!

This place was very convenient, clean, very well equipped with all you will need (cleaning supplies, shower necessities, all kitchen supplies etc). My only issue was that the pictures show two beds (the description says a double and a single). In fact, they are the same bed with different bedding. There is a love seat that turns into a bed. I had no issues sleeping on it, but if you are picky or tall you might not be able to enjoy it. I did request and additional bed (it was there when I arrived) but it was more like a camping folding cot with a very thin foam. We didn't use it, not comfortable. There are a lot of lock boxes at the building entrance, make sure you ask the host to inform you which is the correct one, so you don't spend a long time looking for the correct one. Additionally, the description also says there is premises parking and street parking. There is only street parking and at times it takes a while to find a spot. A great place and would stay again.

One of the best things about this place is the host—Jas is always available and incredibly helpful. Everything looked exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos. We stayed for two months, and aside from a couple of occasional service and maintenance needs, everything was smooth and comfortable. Thank you, Jas!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's airbnb. Everything was exactly as he listed. The place is stunning. The condo has lots of great amenities. We had an issue with the coffee maker and Michael went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Thanks for hosting us. We will be back soon!

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was excellent—central, yet very quiet, which we really appreciated. The building is modern and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Communication with the host was outstanding—responses were always fast and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Our 2nd stay at The Laundry Rooms! We loved it. Clean, bright and great location. Love the 2 bed and 2 bath set up and the amenities were great. We will be back!!
