The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, supermarket, bakery, butcher and delicatessen shops and only 10 minutes by bike to the beach of Scheveningen. The entire house has been recently renovated, preserving as many original details as possible.

Completely renovated in 2019 and converted into a luxurious vacation home for 10 people including 2 children. With 4 atmospheric bedrooms, 3 marble bathrooms and a large, open living space, we offer families and groups of friends with children a wonderful stay. In Noordwijk, you can enjoy the beach and dunes all year round and the colorful bulb fields in spring.

In spring, the bulb fields and Keukenhof Gardens are also easily accessible. It's the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with your family, friends, and relatives. The Yard is een fris appartement op 400 meter afstand van de boulevard. Als je op zoek bent naar een verblijf in hartje Scheveningen, dan is dit de plek voor jou! De strandtenten zijn op steenworp afstand en de Keizerstraat (winkelstraat) is om de hoek. Ik bied gratis parkeren in mijn garage aan. Het appartement is heel praktisch ingedeeld en er is slim gebruik gemaakt van de aanwezige ruimten. De douche cabine is aan de kleine kant (80x70), maar dit wordt gecompenseerd met een ruime keuken!

Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Come and stay at our cosy *tiny house* in our beautiful city of Nootdorp / The Hague. From our Town house you are in the city centre of the hague in 10 minutes by tram/train or car.. The train/tram station is very close by and 2 bicycles are included. Even Delft / The beach Scheveningen/ Leiden or The mall of The Netherlands are easy to get to..
