Step out of the door on the right and walk within 3 minutes between the cows, the meadows and the 2 cheese farms. 15 minutes by bike and you are in the dunes and you smell the sea. Walk out the door on the left and get directly on the bus, within 17 minutes you will be in the historic center of Leiden. Take the train there and be in the heart of Amsterdam within 30 minutes!

The studio (23m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. Relax and hide away in this luxurious, small studio. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

It remains a basement with the most light in the living room. Within 1 minute you are in the dunes where you can walk to your heart's content. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Sunbathing, beach walk or would you rather have a drink at one of the beautiful beach clubs? Leiden, The Hague, Haarlem and Amsterdam are nearby.

Oasis in the city, including parking lot

Parking is included. Enjoy peace and space in this special green spot on the water, on the outskirts of downtown. All the comforts you need: air conditioning, free WiFi. A Nespresso machine for delicious coffee. The Vroesenpark is across the street, Diergaarde Blijdorp is a 10-minute walk away, as well as metro Blijdorp (800m). Close to the city center and exit roads. On a hot day, take a refreshing dip in the canal, or hop into the canoes that are ready for you.

Accommodation by the Sea

Our dream of building a vacation home on our own property came true in the spring of 2021. Together with our three daughters, Noa, Bo and Sam, we live in the so-called beloved “Vogeltjesbuurt” in Katwijk aan Zee. Close to the beach and dunes, a fantastic place has been created here. The cottage was designed by ourselves and built with love by a handy uncle, father and friends. Finally, we can proudly share our vacation home for guests to enjoy.
