The surrounding area (110,000 acres) provides plentiful & diverse opportunities, including hiking, horseback riding, golfing, biking, bonfires, bird watching, off-road vehicle adventures, & some of the best hunting in the country.

This 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home (showers only) offers a well equipped kitchen, dining, living & sitting room w/Roku tv and tv w/dvd player, wifi, room to work, and outdoor seating. Large parking area. Close to swim beaches, the park at Drake Harbor for walking/boating/fishing, flea markets, antique shops, restaurants and the Overlook. No washer/dryer

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

It comes with fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, TV, washer/dryers, bbq, covered deck, private drive w/carport. It also comes with free access to the boat ramp close by, kayaking and use of our private covered dock. Boat rental available.

Just 1 mile from a public boat ramp allows convenient access to fishing, skiing, & tubing, and is within 4-5 miles of city & corp boat ramps on Truman Lake & the Osage/Lake of the Ozarks River. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable king bed in the loft, while downstairs features a cozy futon in the main living space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Full Bath with a walk-in shower downstairs. Experience a serene countryside getaway with breathtaking sunsets and peaceful surroundings, just moments away from Versailles.

Rippling Point Lakefront House

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.

Come stay in our guest bunkhouse! Situated in the middle of 40 acres of beautiful land. We have a pond, and several walking trails on the property. We are only 5 minutes from Truman lake and Lake of the Ozarks! Plenty of parking for your boat or vehicle. This house has 1 queen bed, 1 full size bed, and 2 twin beds. Kitchen has coffee maker (coffee & supplies included), small refrigerator, and microwave. TV with Dish channels. We love fisherman, so come see us!

The 436 is located downtown Warsaw just a block off Main Street with all of the lovely shops from Antiques to Boutiques and eating establishments! Drake Harbor is walking distance away with walking and biking trails and a launch onto Lake of the Ozarks. Plenty of room to park your boat. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Large living room, kitchen, dining and family room. Also large sunroom with plenty of seating. Patio area outside to enjoy!!
