Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you will always find your own retreat to breathe.
