Our house can be used all year round. It is equipped with gas heating and a wood-burning stove. The house is fully equipped. You only need your personal belongings. The terrace overlooking the harbor is generously covered, so it can also be used well on rainy days. Shopping locally in the Netto market with bakery and the vacation begins.

A bright and spacious gallery on the upper floor invites you to relax and linger.

We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

In summer, nearby lakes invite you to swim and the garden to barbecue. Children enjoy the trampoline and the mud kitchen in the garden, while the adjacent large field behind the house invites you to fly a kite. On cool days, the fireplace provides coziness. Our house offers relaxation and nature experiences in all seasons.
