My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

A bright and spacious gallery on the upper floor invites you to relax and linger.

Our guest house is located right next to the nature reserve, on the southern edge of Oranienburg, not far from lakes and attractions. By car, you are directly on the Berliner Ring or in the center of Oranienburg in a few minutes. We are comfortably furnished and offer a complete, open kitchen-living room with separate dining area, a cozy living and sleeping area, perfect for 2 people as well as a modern shower room. The train station is 500 m away, bakery, shopping facilities or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the doorstep, close to Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.
