Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

From the balcony you can watch the deer grazing on the adjacent forest meadow in the morning. In summer, you can walk to the lake in 3 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. A bright and spacious gallery on the upper floor invites you to relax and linger.

Our 70 m² guest apartment (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and large garden) in an idyllic location on the edge of the Lower Oderbruch offers space for relaxation and country life. Many animals live on our farm. A swimming lake in the village is within walking distance - the Alte Oder, forest, meadows and fields invite you to experience nature and simply "unwind." Also suitable for active vacationers, cyclists and especially families with children. Everything is there :-)

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Places to call home

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Our barn de Lütt offers enough space to a couple or a small family to spend a few relaxing days in the countryside in every season. Directly behind the barn, a large garden with seating, barbecue and fireplace as well as climbing frame, swing and sandbox invites you to linger. Come and enjoy a relaxing time. You can walk to Wandlitzsee in just 2 minutes. The surrounding area offers shopping, the protected nature of the Barnim Nature Park with foot and bike paths, forests, various swimming lakes and Berlin is about 30 minutes away by car or train. The apartment is well appointed, bright and cozy and free parking is available right on the street.
