Van is in one of the best spots for views and privacy. Very comfortable with everything you need close by. Another fab stay.

Very comfortable, well equipped caravan. Travel cot easy to put in largest bedroom. Good amenities, bonus of small bath ideal for babies. Lovely decking area which catches the sun and clear easy instructions for access. Will be booking again!

Beautiful place, excellent facilities and clean. Antonina was brilliant, responsive and a lovely host. Would definitely recommend. It was perfect for our big family gathering and plenty for the kids to play with in the kids room! All in all, wonderful trip! Thank you so much for having us!

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Bear House. Marcus is a fantastic host, replying promptly and helping whenever we had questions. His house and gardens are spectacular and we loved our swim in his natural swimming pool. Nayland village is beautiful. We enjoyed a short walk along the river spotting a heron, several varieties of poppy and admiring the riverside houses on the way to the Anchor pub. We also enjoyed brunch at the old mill and a meal at the Angel, which is 5 minutes’ drive away in Stoke-by-Nayland.

Lovely caravan, kids absolutely loved it the decor and lights. Beautiful decking areas which are a nice sun trap if the winds are strong. Would definitely recommend. Also thanks to Marcin for the complimentary drinks. Just what was needed when we checked in after a morning on the beach.

What made our stay so great was the communication we had with Daisy. There were a few snags, parking, getting in the complex late at night without a key code, heating and water didn’t work the first day and the light in the kids room didn’t work. That said, she was incredibly helpful and polite. All sorted quick as a flash. Very clean, free WiFi, all you needed for a nice weekend break. Would 100% go again and recommend to any family. We’re a family of 5 and it was …..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!! Thankyou Daisy! 💙

Patsie’s accommodation is unique and second to none. In the center of the delightful village of Nayland, facing the church spire and clock, surrounded by scenic footpaths.

Perfect place for all 6 of us & had everything we needed. Very clear check in details & having a Lidl just over the road was perfect

Mark and Jane were extremely communicative throughout. We were able to access easily using a key code box. The house was very clean and tidy and they had kindly left us tea, coffee, milk, water bottles and chocolate biscuits! The bathroom and kitchen appear to be newly decorated and the huge bath was a lovely treat. The house was a few mins drive from the wedding venue we were attending. Mark and Jane recommended a couple of taxi services. We used Hawk, which have a fantastic app so transport was very easy. All in all, a great short stay in Ipswich. Thank you.

The house was beautifully positioned/appointed with wonderful open plan living room and kitchen. bathrooms were all spotless, modern and well presented. Light, airy house with wonderful views of the surrounding sea. A special find, allowing good friends to enjoy some precious days walking and cycling in the glorious surrounding countryside. Host was very attentive and easy to contact - would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Pott’s Cottage. It is a lovely property with everything that you need for a short (or long stay). The cottage is tucked away in a small village so it’s perfect for a peaceful break but it’s also only minutes from the A12. Christina was a great host - the wine and shortbread was much appreciated. We will be back. Thank you. ☺️

We had the most fabulous stay at the Crows Nest. We were a family of 10 visiting for our Dad's 90th birthday. Amanda really has thought of everything. We have never stayed anywhere that is so well equipped. The entire property was clean and beautifully decorated. The sea just a short walk away. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommend.

Wow! Lee's place is bloody lovely. It had everything we could have needed. The garden was a great spot to sit in with a coffee & perfectly secure for our dog too. Thank you so much for the use of your home. And such a perfect place for beachy walks too; literally 5 mins walk to Dovercourt Beach, 10 mins walk down to the cafe & amusements (which my teen boys loved). We had a lovely break

We were delighted with the property. Beds extremely comfortable and linen, bathrooms, facilities very impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

We stayed in Katie’s accommodation to celebrate my grandmothers 80th birthday. The accommodation is gorgeous and has everything you need. We really appreciated having an en-suite in every bedroom. Lots of entertaining rooms downstairs and beautiful large garden. Would highly recommend this accommodation for large family gatherings. Perfect for all ages. Thank you

This house is delightful, and I would strongly recommend it - it was everything and more. The bedrooms are charming, the kitchen is wonderful, the rooms are impressive, and the garden is superb. We had a wonderful time at the Farriers House. Adam was exceptionally quick and proactive to communicate. He stopped in to help us check in, and a made time for a quick chat on another day. The local produce gift basket was a very nice touch. The house is wonderfully set out, modern but keeping some of the original features. The back garden, a great spot for afternoon drinks or morning coffee/tea. It is well located near to Ipswich, Shotley and Pin Mill. We visited all 3, as well as Jimmy's Farm and the Suffolk Food Hall, both less than 5min away. The Boot is very convenient for a swift half and we had a nice family lunch on one of days there. All in all, a great stay!

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Lovely home space for 2 cars and everything we needed. Local shop was 1min walk away we visited the beach 10/15 mins drive and Colchester-zoo 20mins away also 10 mins away there was a small shopping centre. The rooms were good size beds comfortable With a great well equipped kitchen and a nice size garden the kids and dog enjoyed. Great host and would 💯 come back

An excellent cottage in a great location. Well appointed and close to all amenities. Mersea Island is a great place for a holiday or weekend away.

Had a wonderful stay in this delightful, beamed farm house with great character. Lots of space inside with large lounge and dining room and nice sized bedrooms. Large kitchen with AGA cooker. Gardens are beautiful, so well maintained, peaceful and lovely walks through the countryside. Perfect for a nice relaxing break. Local farm shop a few minutes drive away has all you would need plus there's a very nice restaurant too.

Really good location and spotlessly clean. Very compact. Advertised for up to 4 people but one bed is a sofa bed in the lounge. Despite that, we loved it and would definitely go back
