Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

On 65 square meters, guests can expect an exquisite experience: A modern spiral staircase leads to the pleasantly cool bedroom, perfect for summer months. The apartment impresses with its brightness, an extensive terrace with city views and soothing underfloor heating for colder days. Located on the outskirts of town, the center is just a 20-minute walk away. A retreat that combines urban proximity and privacy.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The Airbnb is located in an upscale vacation home complex. We would like to point out that quiet hours must be observed at night. Loud parties are not allowed.
