The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. Lakes, hiking trails (including Jacobsweg), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not far away. Boredom doesn't come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 🌻

Our house is situated in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment can accommodate 2 – 4 people and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden level and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Close to shopping. Even toddlers cost €5 per night. This fee is due in addition when booking and will be charged by us by changing the booking.

An outdoor play kitchen made from wooden pallets is situated on the grass beneath a tree. The kitchen includes several colorful plastic utensils and pots displayed on shelves, along with a large bowl situated on a flat surface for imaginative play.

The apartment is wonderful in terms of its location and its amenities. View of the alpine mountain panorama. With great opportunities for hiking and stopping. The nearest restaurant or supermarket is about 10-15 minutes away. Landlords were always friendly, obliging and helpful, and they gave tips for the area. Will come again any time!

I was in the Allgäu for work for a week and just wanted a quiet place to sleep and have breakfast. The rest of the time I was traveling. The apartment is small, nice and very well maintained. Perfect for one person, it gets tight for two. The hosts are easily accessible, clear in communication and very nice. The inn across the street offers good Allgäu dishes, and otherwise there is always an inn that is open. Approximately 3 km away are a supermarket and everything else for a lovely stay. The train station is about 5 km away. Therefore, you should have at least one bicycle as a means of transportation. The surroundings are fantastic ... When I am in the Allgäu, I am permanently in the flow, because I simply love the varied landscape with the mountain scenery.

We felt very comfortable in the great accommodation. There was plenty to discover outside for the children. In addition, the boys were able to explore the barn a bit even in bad weather. Due to the large amount of wood, the apartment looks very cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony with lake view is also a dream. We would definitely come back.
