You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Recreation in the Allgäu

Our house is situated in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment is ideal for 2 people (maximum 4 people) and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Shopping is very close. Infants also cost us 5€ per night. This fee is additionally due upon a reservation and will be charged by us by changing the reservation.

There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. You sleep on a sofa bed. Parking is right at your doorstep. The apartment is 15 square meters. The Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round.

Martinszell (near Waltenhofen) is about 2 km from the beautiful Lake Niedersonthofen, which invites you to swim, walk or bike. Kempten and Immenstadt are about 15 minutes, to Oberstdorf about half an hour.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
