In a quiet location, surrounded by lush meadows, forests and the beautiful Niedersonthofener See, you can experience life on an organic farm. The farmhouse is approx. 230 years old and offers space for 2-4 people in cozy and traditionally furnished apartments. On the playground (swing, slide, seesaw, sandbox) as well as in the play barn, children have wonderful opportunities to romp around. In front of the door, hiking trails and the swimming lake invite you to activity or relaxation.

The chalet "Bergahorn" with its approx. 185 square meters of living space and large terrace (about 100 square meters) with mountain views is very generously designed. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a children's room with a single bunk bed (1.70 × 0.80) and a living room with a sofa bed. There is an outdoor parking space and an underground parking space with electric charging station. Through the large terrace you have a great view over the Allgäu alpine meadows.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

Trampoline and swing for shared use. Former farmhouse with two cats and a dog. We no longer have any livestock. The apartment is fully equipped with dishes, towels and bed linen for 4 people. One double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), one sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm)
