My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. Our small apartment is about 3 km away from Walsrode. This includes the world's largest bird park. We are in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. This has many opportunities for recreation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn includes, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also only 8 km from here. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is right outside.
