Die schöne Altbauwohnung befindet sich im letzten Haus auf dem Rammelsberg mitten in der Natur und bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten für einen spannenden abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in Goslar mit sowohl Stadt als auch Naturnähe. Du hast die wunderschöne Altstadt (lohnt sich sehr!) nicht weit entfernt, viele Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür, einen Wasserfall und See, eine Pizzeria im Haus und vor allen Dingen das schöne Weltkulturerbe Bergwerk direkt vor der Nase. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt!🏔️

Die Harz-Butze, "Ankommen" - "Urlaub"

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat mit ca. 70m² Wohnfläche aufgeteilt auf 3 Zimmer, Flur und Bad, ein super Größe für 4 bis 6 Personen. Der Lebensmittelpunkt (Essecke, Sofa/Fernsehbereich und Küche) ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer mit 1,8x2 Meter Doppelbett ist sehr großzügig und hat einen separaten Zugang, wie auch der Lebensmittelpunkt, zum großen (18m²) Südbalkon. Unsere Schlafbutze ist mit einem hochwertigen 3er Etagen Bett ausgestattet. Die eigene Sauna zum Wohlfühlen.

Gemütliche kleine Fewo mit Balkon und Ausblick.

Die Whg. ist 36 qm und befindet sich in einem gepflegten 12-Parteien-Haus in zentraler Lage (ca. 300 m vom Zentrum). Wir haben diese 2018 übernommen und neu eingerichtet (Küche, komplett neue Möbel und gutes Schlafsofa). Es handelt sich um einen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und Essecke, ein sep. Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Bad. Da wir (4 Erwachsene + 1 Schulkind) unsere Whg. regelmäßig selbst nutzen, ist sie ganz gut ausgestattet (ausreichend Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, TV). Kein WLAN!

" Ein Gast ist ein Sendbote Gottes." So sind uns alle Gäste willkommen, besonders Gäste mit Haustieren. Unsere Einraumwohnung, im EG gelegen, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Ihr zu einem Urlaub benötigt. Unweit von uns befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, ein Einkaufsmarkt und das Hallenschwimmbad. Die Altstadt Nordhausens und die Parks sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die ruhig gelegene Terrasse am Haus mit Blick auf den Fluß Zorge kann mitgenutzt werden.

Wenn Sie diesen Text lesen, sind Sie Ihrem perfekten Harzurlaub einen Schritt näher. Unser Apartment eignet sich am besten für die Paare oder kleine Familien. Es befindet sich im 2. OG (Dachgeschoss) eines drei Parteienhauses mit wenigen Wohneinheiten. Sehr ruhig und entspannend. Nicht überlaufen. Sehr gute Ausstattung (wie zu Hause). Ein Parkplatz steht ihnen direkt vor der Tür zur Verfügung. Gutes schnelles Internet VDSL 50 Mbit kostenfrei.

Here you will find nine comfortable apartments of 35m (2Pers) over 65QM (4 pers.) up to 80sqm (5 pers.). 2 bedrooms, complete kitchens, furnished terraces and balconies. Playground for you and the small, two outdoor grills. 1000QM Garden and Lawn. We have been classified with three and four stars (DTV). W-Lan for free on the internet. The grounds are quiet (cul-de-sac) and still close to the town centre.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in Hohegeiß, einem Ortsteil von Braunlage. Hohegeiß liegt zentral im Harz auf 640 Höhenmeter. Es ist ein Erholungsort für ruhesuchende Urlauber. Im Sommer ideal zum wandern und mountainbiken. Im Winter sind Skigebiete im Ort sowie in der Nähe vorhanden. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es z.B. nach Goslar, Wernigerode und Quedlinburg. Der Gästebeitrag in Höhe von 3,00 €/Nacht für Erwachsene wird in Bar vor Ort erhoben.

Die Wohnung hat 2,5 Zimmer, ist ca. 60 qm groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen., die offenes , helles Wohnen mögen. Die Einbauküche ist nagelneu. Lütte Hütte

The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance.
