This new and modernly equipped 45-square-meter studio in Waldshut-Tiengen on the ground floor offers barrier-free access. The studio is fully equipped. Parquet, underfloor heating, triple glazing and a central ventilation system characterize this apartment. The bathroom is modern with a walk-in glass shower. The apartment is just 5 minutes from the Swiss border, Zurich Airport 30 minutes. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Ideal for your Black Forest vacation or cross-border commuters

Close to heaven, the view far In the southern Black Forest

The resort for nature lovers is located in the middle of the Southern Black Forest Biosphere Reserve. Above the cloud sea of the Rhine plain stands our beautiful forest house. Start your hikes right outside the door on the Westweg, or mountain bike tour through the Black Forest. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30min. To Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour. Feldberg is 45 minutes away. The Schweigmatt swimming pool is a club pool. You can purchase 4 uses for 20 euros.

House on the Albsteig - apartment with garden

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

The apartment is in a rural area and is in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails, forest, cross-country skiing and ski slopes. The apartment is located in the attic of a two-family house. It is newly renovated. The bathroom invites you to relax with the large rain shower. In the fully equipped kitchen, nothing stands in the way of self-catering.

Small, cozy guest apartment for a family in the countryside. The fully equipped apartment is located in Breitenfeld, a hamlet of Waldshut-Tiengen, a few kilometers from the Swiss border. The apartment has a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space, a bedroom with a large bed and TV, a toilet, and a separate shower. There is separate access to the apartment with a small terrace.

​Located in rural Hochfelden, you can reach Zurich Airport in 15 minutes by car and the city in 40 minutes. Alternatively, a bus runs regularly to the Bülach train station. From there, there are direct connections to Zurich and to the airport (about 45 minutes travel time). For more comfortable travel to and from the property, I also offer a paid shuttle service to Zurich Airport and the city.
