Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

The house is located close to the historic old town in a very good, quiet residential area with a beautiful garden. View of the city of Waldshut and the nearby Rhine. A few minutes' walk to downtown. Waldshut is located on the border with Switzerland. Also ideal for installers, commuters, and doctors. The clinic is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. Living room with Smart TV, bedroom/one small room with a sofa bed for a possible 3rd person.

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).
