Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Waldshut

The previous reviews have raised high expectations, which have been consistently met. Everything that has been written so far is true! The prepared hiking trails, some of which start at the house, are particularly great. After hiking, relaxation in the sauna, then a cozy evening in the beautiful apartment. Only one disadvantage: we didn't stay long enough! So highly recommended, namely host and vacation home, you effectively stay and live like on cloud nine.

The house was perfect for our needs. A great big common room. Everyone had plenty of retreat options. The house was very tastefully decorated

I live in Airbnbs and originally booked Claire’s house for 3 nights and extended it two more once I realized how great it is. All the other reviews are accurate about location and quality. It’s full of books and other non-IKEA things that make you feel at home. The apartment, even though downstairs, has its own outdoor space and feels airy You can get into Freiburg very easily by public transport and there are walking trails directly from the house. Plenty to do. Bring a bike if you can. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was easily one of the best Airbnb stays we've ever had. The place is so spacious and well designed. From the sun room to the garden to the fully equipped kitchen and the fireplace. It was the perfect home base for our family of five to travel all over the black forest. Sam and Jenny were always a text away for every question we had, and we're very helpful and welcoming. The lake is just a 5 minute walk from the house, and the market is just as close. We loved it, and highly recommend it on a visit to the black forest

This bungalow is simply an absolute gem. Every detail in this house is a testament to a lot of love and style. We felt totally comfortable and welcome right away So the hot tub was already heated and ready for us. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is there. Furthermore, the comfortable sofa invites you to cozy evenings and later a very comfortable bed awaits you. Fabienne is a warm host who communicates proactively and is very generous. I'm sure we'll be back!

We were able to spend a great family vacation here with 13 adults. The amenities in the house were phenomenal and left nothing to be desired.

Claudia's house is a gem - a mix of style icons, museum and antique shop. Those who are prone to too many impressions per square meter will not feel comfortable. Everyone else will be very excited. Big pluses: the well-equipped kitchen, the sociable guest and pub room as well as the garden with diverse barbecue facilities - and if necessary - an outdoor kitchen. We felt very comfortable.

This is truly a TOP location! Thomas &Susanne welcome you with open arms and a warm heart. You will really be pampered here! The accommodation is super nice and romantically decorated. The kitchen is a real walhalla for those who like to cook. Everything is available, top chef knives of super quality,spacious Liebherr fridge with freezer. Everything decorated and cared for with love. Spacious bathroom, blissful beds, beautiful and well-kept private garden to stay in, a wonderful natural hot tub! A spacious terrace where you can enjoy the silence with a babbling stream in the background, the sound of locusts and a beautiful view!!!We had a top holiday here and regret that we did not book here for 2 weeks. The surroundings here are unique and beautiful for hiking and discovering and the local people here are all so sweet and warm. We will definitely come back here! Highly recommended!

Very beautiful and well cared for place with an extremely good „vibe“.. Peaceful, a real home, warm, cozy without being cluttered, and wonderfully stocked with everything needed and more! Super friendly host. And the bed is fantastic.

The accommodation is beautifully located in the countryside, ideal for switching off and relaxing. The living rooms are cozy and everything (including kitchen and bathroom) was tip top clean. Klaus responds super quickly, was always helpful, very friendly and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

We had the most amazing stay. Rebecca and Tony were the loveliest hosts, ensuring we had all the information we needed for our adventures (which were wonderful and aplenty). We’re so grateful to the whole family for making our stay so welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful property and to explore the local area. It really is an enchanting place, lush and green with so much to see and do. We were struck by the rich biodiversity of the region and how quiet and pristine it is. As a family who are passionate about nature and enjoy nothing more than spending time together outdoors, this was the prefect base. The property is nestled amongst tree-covered hills with beautiful wildflower meadows spanning the valley and you’ll find a stream at the bottom of the garden. The balcony offers dreamy views out towards the picturesque landscape where you can enjoy the soothing soundtrack of birds, the bells of the goats on the hillside and the stream. A little slice of paradise!

As a family with two small children (4 and 6 years), we spent wonderful days in Ludger's apartment. The selection of books and toys is phenomenal, the apartment is equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The apartment is clean, there is enough of everything. Ludger is very friendly and very accessible. We had self-inflicted problems with the toaster, Ludger replaced it directly. Highly recommended, the value for money is great!

We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed – very well-equipped. The views were lovely and the location was perfect and peaceful. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she made us feel right at home and was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Very spacious, clean and functional apartment. Christine is an excellent host. The views of the mountains around the apartment are breathtaking. I know Germany quite well, and this is probably the most scenic part of the country I've been to. Would like to come again!

We wanted a place where we could find privacy and tranquility. Well, that's definitely worked out! Nice quiet place with a view of the city. Too bad we didn't stay longer. The outdoor shower takes some getting used to with hot water, otherwise a very nice place!

Beautiful little log cabin on a farm. The hostess was super friendly and greeted us right away and explained everything. The animals that live there are all very tame and most can be petted. The bathroom is mainly open, so it has a lot of leaves on the floor, but that didn't bother us at all. It is just all pure nature and apart from the occasional flight noise, it was very quiet and cozy. Although it was a bit cool with us, we were able to sit outside by the fire until late at night. Breakfast was terrific and far too much for two people. We'd love to have eaten more. :) Recovery = 100% Romance = 100% Referral = 100% Thank you and hopefully see you again sometime:)

It was a good stay, a perfect base to see the Bodensee, Schaffhausen and other nice places. The house was simple, but fine! Everything you need is there.

The accommodation is in the garden of the host family. The garden is so beautifully decorated. The cottage is cute and so cozy. We thank Elias and his whole family for the nice welcome.

Super nice reception by the hostess who happened to be there. The place has retained the charm of the old railway station post office. Everything you need is there. The small garden is fenced, which is great with a dog. Despite the train station, it is very quiet. You can hardly hear the few trains. The stairs up are really steep, but doable with the railing/light. Restaurants, bakery and shopping within walking distance. You can start hiking directly from the accommodation. Bus and train accordingly right around the corner, so you can get anywhere very quickly. We were very pleased :)

Beautifully located in a small forest. Lots of birds and squirrels to watch. We felt completely comfortable.

The location, the well-kept garden with seating, the direct lake access, the conservatory with cheminee, the kitchen, the sauna with shower, the toilets are GREAT!!! The bedroom and the living room are small, but comfortable. What didn't work: hot tub and TV. But it wasn't a big deal for us. We had a sensational time and would be happy to come back.
