Treat yourself to a break in our 'LANDzeit'. With a few steps, you'll be in the middle of forest and meadow valleys. Enjoy the hikes in the national park, refresh yourself at the many accessible springs, swim in the beautiful Edersee, visit pretty towns like Bad Wildungen and ....

The little black one! A charming cottage on the Musenberg. A beautiful colorful cottage garden welcomes guests. The covered terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors. For grilling and cooking, use the outdoor oven. (Spring to fall) The bright house, which is converted into the roof, is decorated with a lot of love. Experience relaxing days surrounded by nature! Hiking and cross-country skiing right outside the door. Pets are welcome upon request. Maximum 1 dog.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

The apartment on the ground floor is modern and stylishly furnished - ideal for couples or individuals. The apartment was completely newly created and furnished in April 2019. The living room: In addition to a bedroom, a spacious living room with a complete , modern kitchen and another sofa bed for 1 person (1.40 x 2.00 m), the apartment has a modern equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Fw-Hare House

The apartment in the Hasen-Haus is located not far from Lake Affoldern, right at the entrance to the Kellerwald National Park – the perfect start to wonderful hikes. It is about 2 km to Lake Edersee. Around the lake there are countless leisure activities for all ages: the wildlife park, the summer toboggan run, a treetop trail, the climbing park, bike tours, water sports and swimming on and in the lake, a canoe tour on the Eder and much more.

Cozy basement apartment

Centrally located in the beautiful Edertal in the Kellerwald National Park. Only 5 minutes' drive from Lake Edersee and 10 minutes from Waldeck Castle, which offers a beautiful view over Lake Edersee as well as the national park. Here you can relax in peace, lie in the garden or take advantage of the many possibilities of the third largest reservoir in Germany. Stand-up paddle and bicycle can be rented on site at an extra cost and deposit.

Hytte Willingen - Cozy wooden hut in the uplands

We are happy to present our second hut called "Hytte". Cozily furnished in Willingen-Bömighausen, it will delight you. Surrounded by forest, meadows and pastures, this charming place is not only suitable for recreation and relaxation. In addition to its ideal starting point for hiking (Uplandsteig), cycling and excursions to the beautiful region, it is only a few kilometers away from the Willingen ski area. Dogs are welcome! (€30 per stay)

The apartment (45 m²) has one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a dining table, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette. The kitchen equipment is suitable for preparing breakfast and smaller meals. There is a microwave. You can enjoy the terrace with a magnificent view of the castle and old town of Bad Wildungen. The apartment is located in Altwildungen, the city center is within walking distance. Parking is available.

Dream apartment with a dream view of the Edersee

The Mediterranean-style house "Bella Vista" is located on a sunny viewing platform above the lake, in the middle of idyllic nature, directly on the jungle path and offers a fantastic view far over the lake, the castle of Waldeck and the mountain ranges of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. The apartment "TOSCANA" is the "crown jewel" of the three apartments located in the house, which is elegantly and nobly furnished.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
