The 65 sqm apartment comprises a double bedroom, double sofa bed in the living room and a double sofa bed in the hallway. The bathroom has a child-friendly shower. There is a balcony for relaxing on days. Bicycles, washer and drier are located in the cellar. It is ideal for families, with children’s toys and a projector for watching movies together in the evening, as well as for ‘workations’.

Die Küche ist neu und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein bequemes Boxspringbett. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und hat eine bodentiefe Dusche.

On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

There is also a bike rental station here. Ideal starting point to explore the sights of Kassel; located directly on the Fulda bike path. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. On the first morning, a small, sweet breakfast is included.

A bike path R1 leads through Bergshausen.
