Vacation rentals with a patio in Waikato River

This has to be the best Airbnb.I ve ever stayed in , it's got full sky tv everything is brand new , the furniture , the beds , the bathrooms , the kitchen , will definitely stay here again good job Lynne

Kristin has been great with communication, offering early check in as soon as the place is available. Location is excellent, lake front, next to many restaurants and most importantly, 3 min walk to Wai Ariki hot spring which is the main reason for our visit to Rotorua. Note though because of the proximity to Eat Street - Friday night particularly can be very noisy , music well into 1am . The pull out couch at the study does sleep the 5th guest, but the study is more a recess from the kitchen area, so whoever sleeps there bring eye mask and ear plugs.

One of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in!! Host is super friendly and welcomed us when we checked in and asked how our stay was when checking out. Room is very clean and super close to the town centre. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay! Steph was warm, helpful, and readily available throughout our visit. The space was beautiful with stunning views and a fantastic location. While some aspects of the home are a little dated and could benefit from an update, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺️

Great place to stay very accessible for the walking and riding around the lakefront. Also walkable to the shops.

So pleased i booked with Beyonder, they went the extra mile for me with an early check in, they removed the room diffusers at my request for a fragrance free stay and talked me through getting into the building. The place was perfect, clean and sunny and i loved the eco store products. Will def be back. Thank you!

Just what we needed for the field days, close to everything right in the heart of the cbd but you wouldn’t know when your bed

We loved our three-night stay. The area is gorgeous and this place is lovely. Outdoor area is charming with a lovely rural view. The outdoor shower is nice and the outdoor bath exceptional. Both couples enjoyed two lovely nighttime soaks under the incredible starry sky. Helpful host and we appreciated the late checkout. Great tv for watch tennis, too!

What a stunning Airbnb! We could have sat on the sofa and stared out of the huge floor to ceiling windows overlooking Lake Taupō all day, and the real open log fire (very generously loads of firewood provided) made evenings extra cosy. It was super clean and tidy, has all the amenities you’d need, and was walkable to a few nice cafés/restaurants and less than a 10 min drive into Taupō itself which is a fantastic town. The outdoor bath is such an incredible treat! The night skies you get are absolutely beautiful, like nothing we’ve ever seen, and sitting in the outdoor tub stargazing was a highlight. Heads up - both beds (we tried both after not being super comfy the first night) are extremely firm which was the only slight down side to our stay but that’s very much preference and many may prefer that.

We had a fabulous stay at Sam’s place! All of the activities we planned were no more than 15 minutes via car. The heating units came in handy during the evening, but the bedding provided ample warmth. The best part were the views; nothing beat the sun rising right in front of the bed!

Danny's place is extremely high quality. It was warm and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The views are beautiful. Highly recommended.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations! The water view was simply breathtaking—waking up to that serene, panoramic view every morning was a dream. The house itself was stunning: beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and full of high-end touches that made the stay feel truly luxurious. Every detail, from the stylish décor to the comfortable furnishings, was thoughtfully curated. We felt like we were staying in a five-star resort. The host Lisette was also fantastic—communicative, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back! This is a fantastic place for families like ours that are muilti generational and we could really spread out :)

Sara’s place is gorgeous! Really modern and so quiet with lovely views of the golf course. There were several really thoughtful touches (she even dropped us off batteries for the remote!) would recommend, we had a really peaceful stay.

Spacious, clean one level living perfect and safe for our extended family including baby and toddler. Easy drive to town in a peaceful location. Warm with all the amenities we needed. Thank you for a great venue for our family holiday.

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Great spot! Close to main beach or Pilot Bay and trail up mountain. Easy to walk to shopping and grocery store, or get dinner on the main strip. Comfortable and clean and great natural light.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

Louise’s place was fantastic - even better than the photos! It was spotlessly clean, had a beautiful view of the lake, and included thoughtful touches like free condiments. A very comfortable and welcoming stay. Highly recommended!

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.
