Our stay at Gail’s gorgeous cabin was incredible. The feel clean cabin, heating, and the facilities inside were amazing. The outdoor area with a spa for stargazing was perfect, Espically whilst being surrounded by nature. It truely made us feel so at peace and like we’re the only ones exisiting in the planet. Highly recommend this slice of paradise, especially being a 5 minute drive to Raglan town!! Location was everything. Thanks again Gail, our stay was incredible.

My partner and I had very peaceful weekend away in the rimu hut. The surroundings are beautiful, and the hut itself has everything you could need. The wood fired bath is an added bonus, and the minimeg fireplace keeps the hut warm throughout the night. There was a mix of all weathers during our stay, with more rainbows than I could count, and the farm and our time there remained lovely throughout. Thank you for providing such a special space! : )

This cabin and location are amazing! Every thing you need to relax and enjoy this awesome space. Relax in the spa with the awesome views, or on the couch watching sky movies. Giant deck to fit family and friends on as the wildlife wander on past (turkeys, peacocks, and the occasional nighttime possum) make this place an amazing find. Highly recommended for your romantic weekend away. The drive up to the cabin takes a little confidence as its quite steep, but the end result is worth it. 10/10

We had a fab stay, we all loved the animals and the peaceful surroundings.

A truly beautiful place, everything you need and more. We stayed with our grandsons and they loved it, beds were super comfy with lovely linen and the heat pump kept the space toasty warm. We will definately be back, thanks for such a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy little cabin! Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood just outside of Rotorua, it was the perfect base for a peaceful getaway. The cabin was beautifully designed – clean, and full of thoughtful touches like local coffee, extra towels, and a comfy bed. We also really appreciated the private outdoor hot tub – perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the Redwoods or soaking in the nearby hot springs. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and gave great local tips. This place had everything we needed and more – we honestly didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend to couples or solo travellers looking for a quiet, relaxing spot in Rotorua that's close to most activities.

Such a beautiful spot to relax and get away. Stunning views and peaceful setting. We travelled with our dog and young children and everyone enjoyed themselves. Hosts were very responsive. Would stay again.

Awesome place to stay.. I was at a conference in central Rotorua and this was just perfect… so nice to be in a little home rather than a hotel - easy drive in and out of Rotorua- great little supermarket around the corner… quit and peaceful thank you ☺️

Perfect location for us to break up our trip from Stratford to Taupo. very clean cabin with lovely amenities. comfortable bed and the cabin heater was on when we arrived so very cosy. shower was hot and great pressure. Thanks.

5/5 recommended! My partner and I had a wonderful one-night stay in Jamie’s cabin. Very clean and well designed, a NZ-typical view, a friendly dog that greeted us and very welcoming hosts made the experience unforgettable. Just consider that the cabin itself only has a kitchenette. For the usage of the kitchen mentioned in the description, you‘d need to use Jamie‘s kitchen in the house next door (which was directly offered to us).

Amazing Tiny Home! The hosts designed and built this innovative home and you can tell with every detail how much love, care and effort they put in this. Spotless , great interior decoration, furniture and a super comfortable bed. Lawrence also helped me find a cool place to eat and lots of recommendations what to do during the day. Highly recommend and will come back!

Booked Matthew’s place for a little getaway for the weekend! Was an absolute gem! Really private off the beaten track. Matthew was very responsive before our arrival. He made sure to meet us as we arrived and was super welcoming. Made sure that we were all set up for our stay. Had a beautiful evening in the stars. Would absolutely recommend this as a perfect peaceful stay! We will definitely be back ☺️

A beautiful hidden gem with breathtaking views over the valley and ocean. We loved falling asleep under the stars through the skylight and waking up to the sound of birdsong. On warm days, don’t miss a refreshing dip in the stunning river nearby. All of this at a very reasonable price. Truly a special place.
