Delightful Comfortable Cottage

MelanieRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and light, in a beautiful area, which was quiet and very peaceful. We slept well in the extremely comfortable beds. The garden was much larger than we expected (photos don’t really do it justice), it was very secure for young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the forest walk from the cottage. It’s a shame pets aren’t allowed, as we would love to return with our small dog. We did have to drive to shops for groceries, but that wasn’t really a problem. All-in-all, a perfect setting for a restful break. Highly recommend.

Snaffles Holiday Let

PhoebeRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our stay was lovely and peaceful, exactly what we wanted from an escape from London. The local area is beautiful and it was so easy and inexpensive to get to from London. You can easily walk to Frant village centre on footpaths with the instructions that our host gave us. Gayle (Moppy) was so helpful and responsive and gave local recommendations before hand and during our trip.

Countryside views, rural setting, 17m heated pool,

ZoeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Sweet farm cottage, Ide Hill, Hever, Edenbridge

MichaelRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the start Roni was so helpful with clear instructions and information. The fresh bread and other tasty foodstuffs we were provided were a welcome treat and made us feel right at home. The cottage itself is very cosy and we enjoyed spending time together in the warmly decorated living room. We all slept very well as the beds are really very comfortable. The views over the countryside were amazing and you could really feel a sense of the history of the place. We loved our stay at Ide Hill. This was the last Airbnb of a four week trip and it was a highlight for sure. We would absolutely recommend staying at this lovely cottage and experiencing the hospitality that Roni provides.

Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

HeatherRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Excellent central location, A stylish cosy retreat

AlisonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

Fully furnished Self Contained Apartment

NathanRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Had a lovely weekend full of walking and food. The apartment is lovely and exactly how described. Julie is a great host, very friendly and responsive. Would recommend if you are going to walk the Seven Sisters. We caught a bus from the town down to Seaford and started walking back from there. We opted for the medium route which took us back to the lovely village of Friston, where we had a couple of well earned beers in the garden of the Tiger Inn. We caught the bus back from there which was really convenient.

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. Ingram House -Georgian Farm House with Hot Tub

MichelleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden. We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend. The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again
A bright and airy living space is visible with large glass windows allowing natural light. A dining area and a modern kitchen layout with sleek finishes are highlighted. An outdoor terrace features sun loungers and a barbecue, complemented by an outdoor shower. Cozy sleeping quarters and a clean bathroom are also seen.

Fabulous Beach Front Holiday Location!

EllieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house felt really homely, the space is bigger than it even looks on the pictures and it was perfect for the 6 of us. The beach was great for walking the dogs at low tide. You need to drive to places around and the host left a very detailed manual on what is worth a visit nearby. I wish we'd packed our passports to be able to hop over to mainland Europe.

Stylish, modern home in Sevenoaks town centre Kent

AurelieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had an amazing experience at Pauline house. The house is huge and could accomodate our extended family of 13 people for the weekend. The house has all the amenities required for your stay as this is the house they live in. The garden is wonderful and provided lots of spaces for my children to play cricket and football. It is very well located as the high street is just a few minutes walk away. Pauline was very responsive with my queries before our visit and her son was in the summer house during our stay and was able to address all the questions we had. We had a memorable experience celebrating our 40th birthday with our family and I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a wonderful house to stay in Sevenoaks.
