The Annex is an elegant, spacious property in a beautiful rural setting. It is perfectly located for exploring Kent & Sussex with many wonderful attractions and activities close by. A short drive to Wadhurst station is perfect for day trips up to London, only a 1 hour journey. Wadhurst village, voted as the best place to live in the UK 2023, is a few minutes drive away. The rooms are large and spacious, perfect for couples or families. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

Hoots Treehouse is a picture-perfect, romantic, luxurious treehouse with all mod cons in an area of outstanding natural beauty - only 45 minutes south of M25. Clad in aromatic cedar wood, beautifully furnished - ideal private, woodland retreat for couples. Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. A wonderful place to chill-out and lose yourself - you won't want to leave! Sheer bliss!

Newly converted stable block
Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Woodland Shepherds Hut situated at Coes Farm an Organic Vineyard and Orchard making Natural wines and cider, 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre organic vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Located opposite traditional Sussex pub (Rose & Crown) and walking distance from village center with local shop, baker, butcher, deli, high end restaurant (Middle House) etc. 9 miles from Tunbridge Wells and 4 miles from Wadhurst Train station with regular trains to London. 23 Miles from Eastbourne it's a great location for exploring the South East.
