Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

The apartment is located in the Axenfels country house directly above Lake Lucerne, at one of the most beautiful vantage points in central Switzerland with magnificent views of the lake and mountains, in the resort of Morschach, the sun terrace above Brunnen, on the famous "Weg der Schweiz" and close to the leisure, bathing and wellness center SwissHolidayPark. Morschach is located at 750 m above sea level. and belongs to the Stoos hiking and skiing region. Famous excursion destinations and historical sights are close by.

The chalet is located at 750 m above sea level. M. above Schwyz, right under the beautiful local mountain Mythen. It is a more than 200-year-old Heimatschutzhaus in its original condition with a lot of charm and Swiss history. Elevated above the valley, you have magnificent views of the mountain and valley, especially at sunrise and sunset. The place exudes peace and positive energy. Since there are no neighbors, you will enjoy privacy and absolute seclusion. Perfect for switching off and recharging.

Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. In 5-10 minutes by car, you are at great starting points for various activities. Arrival is only possible by car. There is no public transport connection.
