We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the Zug-Ägeri route (directly at the Spinnerei bus stop). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. In 5-10 minutes by car, you are at great starting points for various activities. Arrival is only possible with one car, there is no public transport connection.

The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooks the front garden. The small seat is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains are moving slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.

Modern, bright and comfortably furnished duplex apartment in a rural area. Lake Aegeri is within walking distance. Public transport connection is 100 meters away. Shopping is a 5-minute drive away.
