Vacation rentals with a sauna in Vrsi

Unser Aufenthalt in Ljubač war wunderschön. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon war traumhaft, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Das Ein- und Auschecken war einwandfrei und die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man benötigt. Sollte doch etwas fehlen, ist Marc sofort zur Stelle und kümmert sich darum. Die Wohnung haben wir in einem blitzsauberen Zustand vorgefunden und der Außenpool und der Garten haben das kleine Paradies perfekt gemacht. Marc ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist und super Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants parat hat. Die Abende, die wir gemeinsam mit ihm und anderen Gästen des Hauses in seinem eigenen kleinen Restaurant verbracht haben, waren weitere Highlights unseres Urlaubs. Marc war für uns in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes eher ein Freund als einfach nur ein Gastgeber. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles Marc 😊

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

Really nice place at the front row to the sea. The apartment has nice furniture, three bedroomels with high quality beds, two full bathrooms and one additional toilet. The kitchen/living room area is very spacious and has a great sea view. The pool area is amazing. It is shared with other apartments, but there are just twp or three, so we only met a few people there. The best of all is the pool side bar area, where you an take drinks from the fridge or mae yourself a cocktail or just coffee, and simply mark it down and pay at the check-out. The personell were super nice and also made us breakfast in the morning (it is not included in price, you must order it). The only small downside is the cooling system in the apartment - it blows cold air from the floor upwards, so it is not very effective as the cool air always stays down low, so it was a bit warm at times. Maybe we didn't use it properly. We will definitely try to come back.

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Ein unvergesslicher Kurztrip mit 8 Personen! Wir waren in dieser Gegend zum Wandern in Martina's AirBnB einquartiert und hatten eine wirklich komfortable und Sorgenfreie Zeit - es fehlte an nichts. Viel Luxus und eine äußerst freundlichen Gastgeberin, die auf all unsere Wünsche einging hat uns auf ihre besonders gastfreundliche Art willkommen geheißen. Es gab stets eine einfache und direkte Kommunikation zum Host, auch wenn es mal den ein oder anderen Sonderwunsch gab. Wir sind dankbar für diese Momente, zusammen auf der wunderschönen Terrasse gegessen zu haben, in der Sauna zu schwitzen oder einen entspannten TV- oder Billard-Abend genießen zu können. 5 Sterne für die Unterkunft in dieser Traumlage sowie 5 Sterne für Martina - unsere AirBnB-Heldin 🌄

We had an absolutely amazing time at this place! We were a group of five friends celebrating a bachelor party and couldn’t have wished for a better spot. The private rooftop terrace was a real highlight – stunning panoramic views over the city, great for grilling, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and soaking up the sun. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures, super clean, and perfect for unwinding. It’s also very well located – quick and cheap to get into the city or to nearby beaches. Communication with Dora was super easy – she always responded quickly and was really helpful. All in all, a fantastic place to relax and enjoy time with friends. Highly recommended!

Marijana ist eine sehr sehr nette Gastgeberin, sehr zuvorkommend. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war top, kann ich weiterempfehlen! :)

Wir waren sehr gut mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Sie war sauber und für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 10 Mädels super gut geeignet. Der Weg nach Zadar ist wunderschön und das Meer mit schönen Bademöglichkeiten ist nah!

Smjestaj kod Kresimira je na jako lijepoj i mirnoj lokaciji. Domacin je bio ljubazan, susretljiv i dostupan. Kuca nas je docekala topla i uredna. Omjer cijene i kvalitete je odlican. Rado bih ponovili dolazak u ovaj smjestaj!

Bardzo polecam tę villę! Gospodarz odpowiada na pytania, jest bardzo pomocny. Sam dom czysty, luksusowy, duża powierzchnia. Dobra lokalizacja blisko dworca i sklepu. Łóżka wygodne. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, niczego nam nie brakowało. Nie mam sie do czego doczepić. Idealne dla grupy 10 osób :)

Our stay was perfect for what we needed. Daniella was very flexible and we were able to switch off for the days we were there. All the amenities were cleaned daily and the local town was a short walk from the villa. I must also mention how beautiful the sunsets were!!

This house was a great find. We weren’t familiar with the area as it was our first trip to Croatia, and we were lucky to end up in Vrsi and this home. The house was lovely. For being so new, I was pleasantly surprised to find all the necessary amenities. I’m always so grateful when an airbnb has enough trash bags, toilet paper, coffee beans, etc. The outdoor space was certainly our favorite part. The swimming pool felt great and we used it every day. The trampoline, playset and toys all were very exciting to our toddler and were close enough to the pool space that we could all be in sight. The house was close to the small downtown of Vrsi. Technically walkable to grocery, a few decent restaurants, and a beach. We preferred the 10min drive to Ricina Beach and ate at El Capitano’s Beach Bar more than once. It took us 15min to drive to Nin and 45min to drive to Zadar old town, where we spent an afternoon/night at each for dinner. Our host, Kruno, was also fantastic.

Amazing place to stay for climbing with a relatively short approach to the crags on foot. The house was lovely and very cosy. The sauna and pool were nice to have. The host is very responsive.
