Two minutes by car, you have a grocery store, a post office bakery, a pharmacy nearby and a grocery store. There are restaurants and cafes next to the sea. From the terrace you have a nice view of the sea, the historic town of Nin and other places. You have a long stretch of beaches with diverse and enchanting coves where the sea is beautiful and clean. There is parking and barbecue in the backyard.

The newly renovated house is placed on the picturesque north side of the village Vrsi with the beach only 8 minutes away by foot or 2 minutes by car - Uvala Duboka Draga. There is also similar beach Kukinca and a sand beach that it is great for kids and families, both 5-minute drive away. Along with regular one by the coast in other part of the village - Vrsi Mulo, with bars and restaurants on the waterfront. House is ideal for families or groups of friends.

Very nice and modern villa, all as described on the pictures. The place was very clean and tidy. Communication was impeccable even during the stay. We will certainly come again and visit one of the villas! Only small suggestion for improvement: upholstery for the sun loungers or other loungers, these were unfortunately very hard.

This place is a gem, clean and comfortable in a lovely unspoilt area of Croatia. Everything you need is close by- supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and beaches. This is a lovely quiet area and Flane was very accommodating recommending boat trips, restaurants and arranging transport to and from the Airport. He even met us at 2am at the villa when our flight was delayed to greet us. Zadar is about 25 minutes away by taxi and is great day out and I would recommend one of the boat tours that runs out of Vrsi harbour. We were 6 adults and one toddler and the villa had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend if you are visiting the area

We had a great week in Andrej's beautiful house. The house is super equipped and we lacked nothing. Check-in was straightforward and messages were always answered quickly. Unfortunately, we had the personal misfortune that construction work was carried out almost around the clock at the neighboring house. The beautiful terrace and pool could be used, but conversations were hardly possible due to the construction noise. That was of course very annoying, but of course no one can do anything about it. That was just unlucky. We would still recommend Andrej's house at any time.

An unforgettable short trip with 8 people! We stayed in Martina's AirBnB for hiking in this area and had a really comfortable and worry-free time - there was nothing missing. Lots of luxury and an extremely friendly hostess, who responded to all our wishes, welcomed us in her particularly hospitable way. There was always easy and direct communication with the host, even if there were a few special requests. We are grateful for these moments of eating together on the beautiful terrace, sweating in the sauna, or being able to enjoy a relaxing TV or billiard evening. 5 stars for the accommodation in this dream location as well as 5 stars for Martina - our AirBnB heroine 🌄

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Andrej villa, it was spotless and looked exactly like the photos (if not better!). There was everything we needed at the villa and Andrej was very responsive to answering questions and giving recommendations. The villa was very clean and the facilities were brilliant. The pool was great and it was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach & sea front. Plenty of local restaurants and markets. We made use of the washing machine at the villa and came home with no washing which was brilliant! Andrej was flexible with check in/out which made our lives so much easier! We are so happy we chose the villa & will definitely be returning! Thank you Andrej and team!
