This brand new villa is located in a quiet location only 70 meters from the sandy beach. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are reachable on foot. The house consists of three bedrooms, a living room with dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a yard with swimming pool. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV.
