The house is located at an altitude of 625 meters on the southwestern slope of Černá hora, 450 meters from the center of Černý Důl and 750 meters from the ski resort. The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, swings for children, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. In front of the house there is a dedicated parking lot for two vehicles of guests.

You'll forget all your worries at this spacious and peaceful place to stay. It's beautiful, close to the mountains and the town of Jilemnice. The county of Mr. Buchar teacher. We offer pleasant accommodation in an apartment on the first floor of a family house with a spacious garden. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a seating area, one single bed and a dining room. There are 2 more bedrooms, both with a double bed. One of them has a spacious balcony. The social facilities include a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The building is available without the presence of the owner. A spacious garden is also available for free use. Dog fee: 200 CZK/night.
