The house is located at an altitude of 625 meters on the southwestern slope of Černá hora, 450 meters from the center of Černý Důl and 750 meters from the ski resort. The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, swings for children, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. In front of the house there is a dedicated parking lot for two vehicles of guests.

This pleasant and quiet accommodation is suitable for families with children. It is located 500m from the historic center of Vrchlabí directly below the Kebrlák Ski Resort. In addition, it is located on the outskirts of the city at the beginning of the mountains in the area called the "gate" to the Krkonoše Mountains. It is ideal for trips in the mountains, and it is easily accessible both by car and from hiking trails. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, electric stove and kettle. The cottage is located in a secluded area in the protective zone of the Krkonoše National Park. It was built in 1936 and it's partially renovated. There can accommodate 8 people. The whole house is at your disposal. The price includes wood for heating, electricity, cleaning, bedding, towels, tea, coffee and the city fee. Pets are welcome for a fee of 150 CZK/night, payable during your stay. Access is uphill via a forest road. At the winter time we park 450m below the hill.
