Private Estate “De Kleikamp” with swimmingpool

This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. We hope you will feel at home and love the house as much as we do!

The Veluuws cottage is a recently converted bakery. the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction hob extendable drawers with the pots, plates, bowls and glasses in it. in the living room, there is a pellet stove that heats the entire house. in the bedrooms, there are 2 comfortable double beds with pull-out drawers, in which you can store your clothes. washing machine and tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are available. The Veluuwshuisje is a house where you can completely relax.

Relax completely in our beautiful wellness house "Weidezicht". The cottage is completely private. Spot deer, meadow birds,hares or kingfisher. Step on the bike for the most beautiful cycling routes, or walk one of the clog paths nearby. Make use of the bbq and outdoor kitchen ,enjoy the setting sun and the "meadow" view from the whirlpool on the veranda. Take a sauna session in the Finnish outdoor sauna. Our house is in the nice, quiet neighborhood De Worp. Close to the historic center of Deventer with nice restaurants, theaters, shops and attractions. With a walk through the oldest city park in the Netherlands and a ferry crossing over the beautiful IJssel, you are in the middle of the city center with a fifteen-minute walk. The trip with the ferry still gives us a holiday feeling. You will enjoy the cozy house, the garden, the beautiful surroundings and the cozy city of Deventer.

Relax in our beautiful detached fully equipped nature house. It is located on a quiet country road, surrounded by old oaks overlooking our (sheep)pasture. An attractive wooden veranda facing south-west, fully covered and heated with 2 wall heaters. So you can always sit outside and enjoy the beautiful skies and setting sun. Peace and lots of privacy.
