In our orchard, there is a De Waard tent, furnished with a double box spring bed, pizza oven and fire pit. You have your own toilet and kitchenette/washing area in the barn, with the possibility to use shower and bath. Pick an apple yourself or cook something from the vegetable garden. Close to (station) Zutphen and Deventer, with a beach on the IJssel within 5 minutes by bike.

Dit voormalige boerderijtje hebben we uitgebouwd tot een fijn woonhuis. We hebben een grote tuin van 5000 m2 met aan de voorkant een heerlijke overdekte nis om droog buiten te zitten en aan de achterzijde een hoog terras met uitzicht op weidse tuin en grote zwemvijver. Achter de heg is er een een houtgestookte 'barrel'-sauna . Ook is er een boomgaard met peren, pruimen en appels en walnoten...een geheim pad naar een chalet achter in de tuin en overal een prachtig uitzicht over de IJssel.

Hop on the bike for the most beautiful cycling routes, or walk one of the clog paths nearby. Use the BBQ and outdoor kitchen, enjoy the setting sun and the "meadow" view from the whirlpool on the veranda. Do a sauna session in the Finnish outdoor sauna. Light the wood stove inside and put on some music via the bluetooth inside (or outside).

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. It has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You like a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easy to reach. You can park the car at the house, and on request, and we will provide a delicious breakfast for you. Come and stay!

Welcome to our recently sustainable cozy house across the IJssel, in the quiet neighborhood of “de Worp”. Within walking distance of the IJssel, the park for a nice picnic and the city center (via the ferry). After a day out, you can turn on the wood stove at home (inside or outside). You will have the entire house with 2 large bedrooms (single duvets or double) at your disposal. Cots still fit next to it (but bring your own). Two bicycles can be used free of charge.
