This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. Camping in the orchard of Boerderij Heetcole, on the IJssel Sleep among the apple trees, under the stars, overlooking the IJssel. In our orchard, there is a De Waard tent, furnished with a double box spring bed, pizza oven and fire pit. You have your own toilet and kitchenette/washing area in the barn, with the possibility to use shower and bath. Pick an apple yourself or cook something from the vegetable garden. Close to (station) Zutphen and Deventer, with a beach on the IJssel within 5 minutes by bike.

National monument from 1621

Always wanted to stay in one of Deventer's oldest houses? In my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621) there is fortunately much of the history in tact; the high front room, the low old ribs on the 1st floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house even date from the 14th century and have survived the great city fire in that century. The house is on a quiet street a stone's throw from the IJssel and the best restaurants Deventer owns.

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

This unique accommodation has a style all of its own. In a side room of this national monumental farm a beautiful guesthouse has been realized. In this former stable there is now plenty of room for 4 people + a baby. The low beamed ceiling (2.15 to the beams) gives a cozy and atmospheric feeling. The 80m2 outdoor space offers both sun and shade and is equipped with a picnic table with parasol and lounge sofa.
